Okay Okay hear me out. I got every legend (Not Mirage and Rampart lol + Lifeline on 60 kills) up to 500 kills . Should I main Lifeline just for fun? Yk. be one of those sweaty lifelines?
I try to have a single main every season since I’ve been playing so long. However for about three or four seasons I was all Revvy he is by far my most accomplished character with 1k kills and 51 wins.
I main Octane but idk if I should change to fully wraith or main another character to play ranked
Just because Vantage can jump to extreme heights is why I main her. Her ultimate is top notch and if you got a 2x and up scope then you are in for a treat. If you aim her bat eye level and jump. You will jump straight ahead extremely fast. Also, it’s even better because as Pathfinder’s ultimate, you’re not bound to a rope climb which takes longer and are more prone to dying quicker given that he is basically the easiest to kill. His hitbox is compared to a fucking refrigerator lol can’t miss him. Also, you guys remember to recall the bat every time you jump. Don’t be like the Crypto players that use their drone and just leave it in the open. It’s kind of a pain in the ass to figure it out. Also try changing your controller settings a bit. I play on the series s, and I like to switch my punch with the b button. It helps a lot because a lot of players including myself will get into a fight and sometimes, I will freak lol and accidentally punch instead of reloading and it’s so annoying. Instead of punching, you can repeatedly crouch and hip fire while still using the right stick to look around. It’s a nice little change and all you change is the crouch button. If I could afford a high-end PC, then this wouldn’t matter but for now it all works out for the best. Give Vantage a chance. Give her a week and nobody else. Actually, whatever main you choose, give them 1 week and everything will work just fine.
l have 4 rank mains so it is fine
Here’s pro tip: Uninstall and download shatterline and save yourself some frustration
Loba main. Caustic alt. Fuse was my alt but I’m really getting into caustic these days.
I got 500-1000 kills on most legends. My highest being 2k on Caustic. I don’t have a main and load up a new Legend almost every drop. I really need a main but no Legend keeps me interested longer then two weeks….god I hope it’s his next Legend can capture my attention. Honestly I’ve just been holding out for a new support character with heals but never seen it even after all these years. My friends do complain about me, I should really think hard after this next Legend drop and stick with someone.
I mained mirage from season 12 to season 13 S2 but then i lost my account and then i realised that even tho mirage meshed with me very well, we was absolute dogwater so i stopped maining him, then i went to revenant till split 2 of this season then I went to pathy which i really enjoyed and learnt a bunch of movement, but i’ve been playing lifeline in arenas and imma get seer and try hm out cuz he’s meta.
Valueble perspective, but not law.
Character knowledge helps on both sides
No offense but picking a main is stupid unless you’re playing ranked
I main wraith but I don’t quite as soon as I get nocked but I main her because I got an heirloom at a low level and do have any legends
BH MAIN since S14
I’m thinking Maggie fuse or vantage
I’m funny I just play many legends but this is mostly because I solo que. But gibby has the most kills then castic but I enjoy mad Maggie and vantage new castle horizon. I guess I’ll never be good. But solo queuing to gold seems pretty good
I main Fuse as I enjoy the chaos you can create with will placed cluster bombs or grenades and my alt would have to be Valk as I feel i offer more value to my team as Valk with her redeploy and passive scan. But when i first started playing back in season 4 I main bangalore or pathfinder.
I’m a Revenant main personally and am trying to improve how I can but it’s been difficult. I keep going between Wraith and Revenant because those two are my two favorites by far
This is very similar to something my teacher taught me in regards to 3D animation and 3D modeling. Mostly it’s to specialize in one thing and becoming super proficient in it. For me, I’m kind of a flip-flopper and sticking to one thing actually bores me to death. I play multiple legends, it does take a minute to flip the switch in my mind to not push everything first depending on the legend I’m playing. I think it also helps to have the fundamentals of the game down. For me, some legends will be more handy than others, and some legends are very situational. For example, I LOVE playing Mirage, but I find he’s only helpful in close combat fights to help cause a bit of confusion while his teammates, as well as himself, capitalize on this. But as far as being able to traverse a large area to close the gap between himself and a team, he is super weak.
For me, the legend I play the most really depends on the map that’s in rotation. More open space leads to more opportunities to get kills in open spaces when the ring is pulling in a very particular spot, so Bang and Gibby are good. But if there are a lot of buildings (for example the ring pulls frag), Caustic and Wattson excel more. I also pay attention to which legends are being played the most when I play ranked. If I see a bunch of Caustics and Wattson, I’ll play Crypto or Caustic. If I see a bunch of Gibby, I’ll play Gibby or Bang.
Good apex content
I’m waiting for jester to come to the game.
