The chance of asmongold playing FGO is actually 0%. Unlike playing genshin or finishing ff14, which has a 0,7% chance (FGO’s SSR chance).
But, now that he watches this, he can react to 10 other crazy fate/FGO videos without even playing it. Like the genshin reacts. New meta for us weebs 😀

One thing I really love about this Memorial Movie is how many references to history and legend are stuffed into it. You see Artoria (King Arthur) in their final battle against Mordred and after their subsequent death being taken to the island of Avalon which itself is modeled after the famous painting know as the Island of Death. For the Hassan’s you see them bring back to life the very first Hassan to fight in their final battle against the Mongol Hordes who did historically wipe out the Hashshashins. You see Alexander the Great, usually referred in Fate by his Persian name Iskandar, on his death bed and his body being transported in a large carriage guarded by his army. You also see Frankenstein’s monster, who basically had their gender flipped so it was the female monster first instead of the male one, sitting on the Arctic looking at the body of Dr. Frankenstein just as they do at the end of the novel.
The Fate franchise may play fast and loose with history but when they nail it, they really nail it.

FGO makes, on the regular, as a mobile game, $900Million per year. It’s part of a much larger franchise starting from a visual novel, then anime. The company also funded Several Theatrical movies and multiple seasons of anime based on the mobile game story over the years.

to this day fate/stay night is one of my fav anime i watched all the different routes multiple times, i have also enjoyed fate/apocrypha, fate/zero and fate/last encore however i never watched fate/grand order but this video makes me want to give it a shot probably gonna watch it sometime soon. i thought about trying other fate anime’s which i haven’t watched aswell like fate/kaleid however the rest of them just seem confusing and not as good hopefully i will enjoy fate/grand order tho.

As someone who is learning to draw and animate, I can tell you this is seriously one of the most beautifully drawn animations and knowing that a single second of animation can take hours to draw I can’t imagine how long this 4 min animation took to finish.
Also never expected to see Asmon reacting to Fate stuff. lol

I’d much rather Dark Souls make a movie.. than an Anime. In fact I would love to be the “player” I train in swords and parkour so I can get the movement down easy.
Would actually love to work on a project like that one day.
