To be fair I think pretty much every Servant that can go solo got better with those changes? I mean, especially the ones who were at least capable-with-NP of getting a Quick Chain definitely like it, since 20 stars is a massive amount, but…

One of the coolest and most badassed scenes in the game is still when billy defeated anastasia in lostbelt 1. It’s just incredible how a 3 star servant overwhelmed a 5 star one so easily in the actual story. Loved him ever since

Billy deserved an animation update and a skill rank up since the very start.
Just by looking at his story you can easely say that he is actually stronger than what he seems not to mention that in the story he is just a real badass, defend an entire city alongside Robin hood, hold his own for enough time against Cú alter, basically 1 shot every lifeform and be the fastest cowboy in the world.
I wish they give him some type of buff like C. Star drop for the quick draw or star gather rate or even a quick cards + for 1 turn. I think i should use him even more

I think Billy would be one of the biggest winner of the Quick card and brave chain mechanic improvement

His biggest problem before has always been on the stargen department, even after NP-Q-Q to setup stars for his skill 1 next turn. With the new mechanic, securing crits are a lot easier, and Billy emphasizes a lot on that playstyle
