It’s amazing how accurate this game is. Cats can (if they try) jump that high and that far down, the way they run, jump, and all-around move is so accurate too! I think my favourite detail is the way they showed the cat lightly swatting at unfamiliar things, because it felt like they could have left it out, but including it just made it feel so much more real.

*Unneeded story time that I’m going to do because I like it and want to share it with other people* :
Blitz (the Youtuber) played this game and when we see the cutscene with B12 hovering in front of us, Blitz said “If it was a real cat it would have swatted at it”, and then the cat swatted at it and he was so happy, and I felt just as happy.

Fun Fact:Cats killed 33 entire species and made them extint and also a long time ago the ancient cats killed one of the species of dog so cats are very good hunters even the ancient ones from long ago

[POTENTIAL SPOILER] – It’s The Game Theorist’s theory so.. Not official.

The lore according to MatPat is that Zurks were made by humans to eat all the waste in the world in order to save it, unfortunately it was too late and the world was already dying.. So humans transferred their consciousness into machines which lives underground because of the pollution on the surface. Thats why Zurks eat the robots.

However, as the time passed.. Zurks became intelligent. They want a body, like the bots. They want to goto the surface as well. Since they eat anything, they will destroy the world once more. Unfortunately, the only thing keeping them underground is the UV light which also comes from the sun.
Later you will find Giant Infestations with eyes on walls, which are not affected by your UV Flashlight like the little Zurks. And by opening the Gate at the end of the game, you will not only allow bots to be free.. But also the Giant Infestations that isn’t bothered by UV light. That’s just MatPat’s Theory, the other reason they’re not affected by UV Light is for aesthetic reasons.. Otherwise, you’d be able to clean the entire underground world lol. Which supports the lore too, hence his theory might be true.

Also, the robot companion with you is the scientist that invented the technology to transfer consciousness into robots. Since he was the inventor, he let everyone else do it first.. And he got stuck at the end because of some reason. He was supposed to goto a robot right beside the white Cryogenic/Pod/Chamber, but thanks to the cat, he got into the drone instead.
