While I absolutely love this game and the general message about how humans can misuse genetics to create something that will utterly destroy us.
I have to drop a small fact. Magnetic North and South are rotating and swapping naturally. It happened 6,000 years ago. It’s actually been quite cold in Florida most of the year, and Spring was the coldest it’s been in over 40 years.
The North Pole has been moving slowly for 10 years, and has started moving faster in the past 6 years. Plenty of scientists have proven this, and have been talking about the possibility of certain areas of the globe becoming frozen like the ice age.
I’m not saying we don’t make a lot of waste, and I do wish that the government wouldn’t charge people to recycle, or send trash overseas to be recycled. Things would be lot easier. But it’s important to know about the magnetic poles swapping because that’s a complete catastrophe.

To be honest I wish there could have been an after credit scene of the protag cat reuniting with his squad from the beginning of the game again. Could have been a nice emotional scene so that the cat isn’t alone, as throughout the game the cat gains friends only to lose them at every major checkpoint.

So while it’s a happy moment that the cat goes outside, it also still feels somber since he’s once again alone and we don’t know if he finds anyone to be with again.

This game makes me so happy and comforted, I woke up today bearing the news that my black cat is given away to some vendor. It breaks my heart to hear mama cat and her sibling go around the house meowing loud searching for their beloved, i hate my family 🙂

update: she’s back!!! tho rn im in a different location bc family reunion, I’ll hope mom doesn’t throw her away…

I never knew that I needed a break from the cliché of robots taking over humanity until this game. The Companions created a way for plants to live without sunlight because they thought that is what we would have wanted. They started to mimic humans after they became extinct and that allowed them to have minds of their own. An amalgamation of hundreds of different human languages helped make their language. They miss us. B-12 said that he saw a future with the Companions and I don’t think anyone else could carry on our legacy as well as they could. <3
