Fuck man, the stark contrast of Clem’s heartfelt sacrifice compared to immediately going to this place that’s completely void of life.

The towns are full of life, even if those lives are in artificial bodies. Even just the town design itself is so damn colorful and just-
Every last bit looks lived in and like it has history.

But then you get off the train.

And there’s no life. No history.

It’s all sterile. Blank. And Empty.

That shit hurts.

You go from this undeniably human sacrifice to just….. Artificial.

My previous cat (Who was also orange!) ran away last year, so this game is a massive comfort for me because instead of running away I can imagine him just going out and saving cool sentient robots from creepy bugs. Also that ending cutscene just made me bawl my eyes out :’)

Ok, hear me out.
*Stray* reminds me a lot of *OneShot:*

The main character is a cat and the savior.

The main character’s main goal is to get out of the world they’re stuck in.

The worlds they’re currently in are slowly wasting away. (Bacteria that eats everything in Stray & Glitches in OneShot)

There’s a combination between primitive and modern technology.

Robots, Robots everywhere. Both sentient ones & the unconscious ones.

The inhabitants (robots) live in the dark and want to see light.

Someone has to die.

Players cry their asses off.

The death of B-12 made me cry, but at the end I think that they teased that he still might be alive. Either way, thank you Jack for giving me this series to watch because it being 3 episodes made me never get bored and for that I thank you.

You know, it be really cool if they had a dog story that be on a human side of the outside world, and in his story would connect with stories how certain people isolated themselves in a city hole but had to stop some type of bad guys to get to the end of that opening.
And than the cat dog unite for a bigger finale episode to recreate humanity or something with the cat and dog.
