Finished it the other day.
Super cute, nothing special, really good little cat game but dear god was the story trite and so so dull.
A lot of the emotional beats really didn’t land either because of the dissonance between the cat and the robots – Just the idea of having the emotional monologues spouted at a cat, (something that doesn’t give a shit about anything that doesn’t give it a bed or food), is just hilarious to me.

I loved this, for some reason this game reminded me a lot of Inside (my favourite game of all time xD ), the ominous ideas of something bigger than the protagonist (kitty cat), or exploring the world that’s left behind after some mass problem or issue. This game was great and as always jack you made it much more enjoyable to voyage through! Keep safe everyone, and rip B-12 <3

Annapurna makes good stuff, if you have not yet, you need to keep playing and finish Outer Wilds. I think you had one video of it like 3 years ago, I hope you were able to keep playing off camera!

It’s funny because this games story really is that whole “nature is healing, humans are the real disease” thing that became a joke during rona. Like as much as that got memed on, it really is true, the earth was fine way before us and it will be fine long after we’re gone, nature is so powerful, it always finds a way, it is just humans that are destroying it and it’s really sad because we can live alongside it in peace and harmony, it’s very doable to be extremely eco friendly and stop global warming, and I think (at least I deeply hope) that’s where technology will go next, surely the human resistance to these massive companies destroying our world will catch up to them some day and they will be forced to truly start working for nature, I think that’s the next big “age” in time! And it feels hypocritical because I’m not vegan or anything and I try my best to be eco conscious but I’m not perfect, and as a disabled person and someone that is poor I don’t have a lot of accessibility to being as eco conscious as I want, such as veganism being very inaccessible to me, and this is how it is for a very large portion of people, yet we are expected to be the change when it’s the mass corporations both causing such pollution and stopping us from helping. I hope for a future in which the companies are all working with truly eco friendly tech and the world is so accessible to us all that we are able to live just as fulfilling normal lives but in an environmentally friendly manner. There is also the case of those people that just truly have so much greed and no empathy in their hearts that refuse to try to help and even believe global warming isn’t real, but I can only hope that as generations come and go we’ll learn and grow and get better

I’m so sad it’s over but I hope they’ll add a DLC in the near future this Is a great game 🎮 credit to the developers and everyone else that helped make this masterpiece the cat actually has a real connection with like people watching or playing I just really hope they add a
Stray 2 I would be so happy and the memory you missed Im pretty sure it near Doc when you had to save him on a raft anyway thanks for playing it Jack and now I want an another cat 🐈 😻 🐈‍⬛

What if in stray 2 the cat finds out b12 is still alive and they team up to open all of the other citys because in your playthrough you mentioned that the city the game takes place in is city 99. So that must mean there is more citys right? Anyways b12 and the cat find some master control room that can open all the citys from there but it is guarded by a zork that controls all the other zorks because the zorks seemed like a hive mind so it would make sense if you could kill all of the zorks at once by defeating that one zork.

I’m still kinda disappointed that the other 3 cats didn’t reunite with the main cat but it’s still really good.

You mentioned life death robots and in the mini-series with the three robots and in that cats survive the apocalypse so thats kinda a fun fact ig:)
