If you want the best for all of your servants you probably want 6 50% starting NP CEs one for buster np damage, one buster crit because Aerial drive np damage bonus doesn’t work on Super Orion for example, one arts np damage, one arts crit, one quick np damage and one quick crits meanwhile 1 Sumo can solve all of those.

HNS is honestly better than stitching. Only effect that changes is 15% general crit damage to 20% buster. I’d say you mostly want the 15% because you will still try to crit with other cards when they come available, and they always do every 3 turns. Arts crits being especially useful. I can see the argument when your servant has buster card absorption on the servant but even then it’s 5%, stitching is A+, or HNS is EX.

I think, for NA players right now, like he said; Holy Night Super is still King for Arts LOOPERS and, quickbuster ONLY if you are also critting. (Otherwise, Quick-Christmas and Buster-AE)
Looping aside, it’s on par with SUMO for DPS on casual gameplay. A Mix of NPing, Critting and facecarding.
And it’s the SAFEST CE to level to 100. And Sumo as the second option. Since they give the most value because of how general they are. Fit for every servant, and many situations, not only farming. HNS being a little bit better at looping and Sumo at Facecarding.

I want to mention something, this will apply mostly to FGO veterans F2P and even dolphins. Sumo and HNS have been around for years already, many of us probably already have at least one of them to level 100. Leveling a CE to 100 is not easy and we must choose wisely were to focus our resources on. For anyone else who have also maxxed out these CEs, it was never a mistake, since they have been Top for so many years. Maybe in the actual Meta they are not the best, but in the whole history of FGO they have been one of the best CEs ever and worth it even in present day.
Suzuka Gonzen and Mama Raikou CEs are better totally, but only for single card crits, Idk why they are on different tiers though; But I want to bring up that you won’t always get your bustersarts cards on a node, in that case your 20% crit is worthless and the 15% crit from HNS could have been better, like I said before, it’s just a safer option.
And that’s why I say, even now, HNS is more worth it for maxing out than the other 2. BUT, not as worth as the next to CEs I will mention on my next point.

Now so if you want to prepare for the future, it’s best to save the CEbombs for Ocean Flyer and Bunyan CE. These powercrept the Meta and are totally worth the investment, I will be saving CEBombs for both of them. And as a runner up, Like a Lady CE for it’s amazing NPgain.

Thanks so much for this video. I’m not trying to throw shade to anybody, but this is one of the best if not the best CE guides ever. I have always had to figure out by myself which CEs are better than others, which to level, and many CEs videos or forum threads only glide over the most known and general ones and don’t go as in depth as you have. Thanks for giving us your input and knowledge on this. I hope your health gets better too!

I like heavenly demon princess, but I also don’t have holy night supper. For NP purposes they are identical at least, but later on heavenly demon princess gets powercrept out for quick/arts/buster with traces, ocean flyer, and cranking. Though buster servants like aerial drive more right now too. Solid list overall though.

I got a lvl 100 Can’t Fight on an Empty Stomach CE for Izo, a lvl 87 Traces of Christmases Past for Okita, and a lvl 50 An Afternoon at the Fortress for Kagetora. What do you bois think? I’m trying to get a 5th copy of The Queen Preistess’s Spare Moment for Tomoe, but my luck is pretty bad on this event.

For the discussion between HNS, hot spring of the moon and summer time mistress, summer time mistress is the best option for crit servants with non-damaging NPs (super Orion, himiko, van Gogh, inshun, etc.) since it doesn’t benefit from NP damage and gets more value from getting an NP than from stars per turn.
I think that alone should keep it on the same tier as the other two.

Also, I think that painting summer is BETTER on supports than chainsaw of the dead. They have the same effects except painting summer has 10% np gain instead of 10% crit rate down. I know that myst loves crit rate down, but let’s not kid ourselves here. Obviously painting has split stats but I think it’s a worthwhile trade off. So they should at least be on the same tier, I would even argue that they should be switched.

I think for the most part I agree with the tier placement on a lot of these. I don’t really think that the Raikou CE is better than HNS however. 15% all crits vs 20% buster crits. Just doesn’t seem worthy of a higher tier placement. It also is less versatile because of it. As HNS will work with an Arts Critter, and a Quick Critter with only a 5% loss while still being able to get the damage benefit on other cards puts HNS imo on top. Even on DPS Buster Crit servants like Himiko, and Orion. You still want to crit at least once with an arts card on a chain to keep spamming the NP. You’d be losing out on that damage for example. God forbid you also needed to use a quick. So versatility + being able to use it on multiple card types for servants is just simply better imo. Not to mention how many options buster has when it comes to their damage dealing CE’s. And there are cases where it’s a best case scenario at least out of F2P options. For example using it on my soon to be level 120 Sasaki Kojirou, aka Regend. It’s an amazing CE for him as he like to hit hard with his NP, and likes to crit a lot. He also has plenty of quick down and quick up in his kit so further quick up isn’t needed from the CE

As for my only other one, I kind of think Blossoming Under the Crimson Sky should have been placed a bit higher. Sweet Crystal atm deserves it’s high placement. But Blossoming is basically Sweet Crystal with a 15% crit damage buff. The difference being Sure hit vs Sweet Crystal’s Invul pierce. Obviously Invul Pierce is better than Sure Hit. But in a lot of cases Sure Hit is all you need, and in those situations it’s the superior CE for your DPS.

Amazing video Myst I can’t believe I watched the whole thing, but this has been itching me through the video, that saber wars Ce should be in the why tier fr cause I don’t understand why you will go into battle and have to wait for 8-10 turns for the Ce to have it’s full effect it’s actually not practical at all 😭 please and ngl the Orion Ce with the star gen isn’t that bad as well it actually a Ce that could be used alot imo but that saber wars Ce is actually cancer or I’m I seeing this wrong? .

With the heavenly demon princess i guess its the ce most players have at 50% with attack stat because i rarely find players that are like 3 years or more into the game that has those golden sumo and such anyways thanks for this love it
