Very solid list. The only placements I really disagree with are:
Caenis in A+, way too high. She can’t farm and has an atrocious skill in Monstrous Strength. And no NP upgrade. I don’t think she’s better than any of the AoE in A, I’d put her in B+.
Valks in C+, too low imho. They are not THAT much worse than Parvati, I think B, maybe even B+ would be fair.

Overall a pretty decent list with many positive, but I have several suggestions that I think you could improve next time.

The AoE looping spreadsheet is very good and realistic, however it really needs some update. For once even in this Lancer list I found the damage numbers of some servant to be incorrect, like Melusine using 50% CE does less damage than in the sheet, or Percival would deal higher damage since the sheet missed his 20% NP buff. I haven’t got time to check all, and everything below, but I doubt there won’t be any other mistakes. Second, like xNaya has demonstrated, quite a few of Quick servants can Black Grail Loop with Oberon, but the sheet seems to only use 3 supports for the new one, and ignore the old ones, like Parvati can totally loop berserkers easily with Oberon swap, and if most Buster servant has the privilege of using 3rd supports, then I think it’s fair to update Art and Quick servants too, so that you would see them in a different light for fair judgment. I’m sure you’d be surprised as how many “shitty” servants can become BG loopers with Oberon, and the damage they do would make you realize Melusine damage actually isn’t that outrageous.

Even though the AoE looping sheet is generally good, the ST one however is pretty much useless to be frank. I found that whenever you refer to it, it’s just double Oberon comp, which is the thing you NEVER use ever, it’s bad and only work for that specific node, and that sheet contains so many double Oberon. Furthermore, it discards so many servants damage potentials just for “farming efficiency”, while in practice you’d use ST for CQ most of the time. If you want a realistic ST damage for reference, I think I could make a fork of that sheet, but calculate with realistic CQ comp, and account for all the servant damage potential, I’ll DM you once I’m done on Discord or Twitter, hopefully before your next list.

I noticed a couple times that you consider Divinity passive as “demerit” due to many enemies with anti-Divine, and I don’t really agree. The actual demerit is the Divine trait that got anti-Divine, not the Divinity passive, and if the servant has Core of Goddess or whatever that’s not Divinity, they’d still get hit by anti-Divine. So at worst in practicality, Divinity is a useless passive that does nothing, like High Servant, but not a demerit.

I also noticed that one of the common reasons you and Plush put a certain servant above the other was that they have “NP upgrade”, without really knowing their actual output. Because if you look at the numbers of Eresh with upgrade and compare to Romulus without it, they’re very similar, and that’s Romulus in farming, like Plush said he’d blow Eresh out of the water in CQ despite having no upgrade, just based on the buffs in his kit. Same with Melusine destroys Eresh with no upgrade, just because she has so many buffs. I think it may be due to the lack of reference, especially for ST, which I will try to do, but think you can see that in AoE already.

Lastly, this is more of my personal opinion, but since you said you tried to be more savage this time, I don’t think that’s the case, cuz I feel you’re still pretty generous, especially towards the end. Even though I don’t disagree with your placement, I don’t think you should ever use EX+ as a tier, except for maybe Castoria, and you could just easily push all the EX you have to A+, or even A++, rearrange some others below, and keep Melusine in EX alone, that makes it more reasonable, because EX already means that servant is the best of their class and the list. Ex+ should be much more prestigious.

I think Erice is unironically pretty good for CQs (decent hard defense that stacks with Castoria, strong anti-Servant damage, ignore Evasion on short CD and defensive buff removal), so I’d argue that she could very well be a B tier. Maybe even higher if not for the atrocity of putting her buff removal after damage, hope Lasengle’ll fix it at some point.
