This is the anniversary video to rule all anniversary videos. FGO magnificently and beautifully summarized in 4 minutes. Animation, song, and storytelling is just phenomenal and true spirit of the game.

Best part of Anni 8 for me. Super touching.

Lasagna HAS to start fixing the game’s broken systems though. Servant coins. Bond CEs. The Class score just being a small incremental boost rather than an actual useful change.

And they HAVE to start adding more stuff to the game! Let us have story fight replay. It’s easy to implement. Let us have a permanent grail front mode where we choose the enemies or they’re random. Let us have a monthly tower mode. I would take any of these. Just do SOMETHING.

The game will make money if you release popular servants, yeah. But the fanbase is getting fed up with how clunky and empty the game still feels after 8 whole years. The game isn’t thriving. It’s just coasting on banner revenue. I want that to change. I want the game to thrive and retain its playerbase better.

I love FGO. One of my personal favorite games, and I find so much joy in playing through the story and getting to know newer characters.
The entire Fate franchise is very close to my heart, and a part of me is glad that other people get to experience it. This memorial song perfectly embodies everything I love about this series, and I can’t thank TYPE-MOON and Aniplex enough for something that feels so special.

This is what we expect when we summon Servants when thier Master treats them well, instead of being a familiar to a Magi.

Still… What pushed Oberon to hold *that* hand and get summoned at Chaldea after all he did in that particular Lostbelt?
