i will say, she makes for an interesting party member with holmes and an additional buster dps/support
despite the two being sidegrades for one another, they can work together very well since theyre both self buffing dps/support hybrids, especially if you have a servant like arjuna alter who can use all the crit buffs and benefits from holmes defense debuff more than most servants do

I plan on rolling Himiko specifically to use her in a meme team with Ruler Artoria and Summer BB, just because I think it’ll be awesome and I love all three servants.

So why does Jeanne’s S1 have to be so fucking trash? Considering at this point there are at least two rulers, I can think of off the top of my head, who have better stars per turn skills I feel like there really isn’t an excuse. Either add some more effects or increase the amount of stars and reduce the cooldown to nothing ffs.

I wanted to create a post here that sort of covers something that is not often discussed: The Himiko Overcharge Meta

Since Himiko boosts NP overcharge with her np instead of a skill, If someone else NP’s with her, effects that were mild before can become pretty nuts at overcharge 4 and 5.

The obvious one:

Himiko with Caster Artoria is basically protection for 5 hits. Team comps are numerous, but if you make Murasaki your 3rd character, she can protect the team against buff removal as well.

Other interesting Overcharge 5 effects

Himiko with Berserker Kintoki is guaranteed stun, Buster support
Himiko with Nightingale means all NP’s do no damage, Dual Buster Support
Himiko with D’Eon and Caster Gil is charm everyone
Himiko with Summer Fran is guaranteed stun
Himiko with Yagyu for 60% attack down for 3 turns.
Himiko with Summer Jeanne, 30 stars for 3 turns
Himiko with Merlin, 25 stars for 5 turns, Dual Buster Support
Himiko with Emiya Alter, Guaranteed decrease change
Himiko with Kid Gil, Makes all enemies NP’s and Crits next turn turn into -90%.
Himiko with Medusa Lily for instant stun even with magic resistance
Himiko with Summer Ibaraki equals 50 crit stars next turn, Buster Support
Himiko with Francis Drake equals 40 crit stars next turn, Buster Support
Himiko with Summer Mordred to drain all enemy’s charge 90% chance.
Himiko with Ryoma to drain one enemies charge
Himiko with Columbus can guarantee no crits from the enemies for 3 turns
Himiko with Blackbeard and Cas Gil to decrease all charge, buster Support
Himiko with El Melloi and Cas Gil can guarantee Stun
Himiko with Tamamo Equals NP gauge perpetuation, 50 charge to all allies.
Himiko with Medea Lily Equals Debuff Resistance for 3 turns.
Himiko with Medea equals instant recharge at 100 np
Himiko with Nursery Rhyme equals charge decrease for all enemies.
Himiko with Helena is 50% defense down, 50% critical rate down and 50% debuff Resist for 3 turns
Himiko with Edison is 50% defense down and 50 critical rate down fr 3 turns.
Himiko with Queen of Shiba plus Bunyan equals almost no heal for healing enemies, as well as 30% attack and defense down for one enemy
Himiko with Hans along with Oxy, Lakshmibai or Calamity Jane equals guaranteed 40% attack, 40% Def, 40 Star Rate, and 3000 Heal for 3 turns.
Himiko with Shakespeare along with Cas Gil can stun all enemies
Himiko with Mozart along with Cas Gil can decrease defense and attack by 40% for 3 turns, along with some curse damage
Himiko with Jekyll is 80 perm Buster buff for Hyde
Himiko with Izo makes Star drop rate 300%
Himiko with Cu Alter makes his Defense and Attack 70% for that turn.
Himiko with Tamamo Cat makes her HP regen 7000 each turn for 3 turns.
Himiko with Lu BU plus Cas Gil can guarantee Stun.
Himiko with Kiyohime plus Cas Gil can guarantee Stun for all enemies
Himiko with Asterios can make all enemies 30% defense down for 6 turns, so very stackable.
Himiko with Jeanne can make HP team heal 3000 for 2 turns.
Himiko with Amakusa can make all enemies crit 70% less for 3 turns
Himiko with Nagao can make all enemies crit 60% less for 3 turns
Himikko with Sherlock can make Crit 100% for 3 turns
Himiko with Qin can make his attack 100 for 3 turns
Himiko with Kiara means 10000 hp heal per np at least
Himiko with Sitonai means 40 defense and 40 critical rate drop for 3 turns, arts
Himiko with Passionlip means 7000 hp for all allies each np
Himiko with Super Orion kickstarts his crit engine with 200 crit for 3 turns
Himiko with Asclepius heals 3000 every 3 turns
