Still a good unit overall even with erice coming in as arts is always better in general for loops.

What jalter needs is an animation upgrade and she’ll be fine for the rest of the game which is still strange she hasn’t gotten one yet.

if you need to get a fight done in three turns or less Top flight one of the best in class but if you have to go longer than that there are significantly better options but God damn can she nuke a health bar I thank all the lovely people back in the day who Grailed her to level 100 because that made my day so much easier I had great AOE damage back in the day with Arthur prototype for most things but she helped with single Target more than anyone else I still want her like badly I want another single Target even though I have miyamoto musashi.

I think this is the first unit in Servant Spotlight history to have actually gone down in ranking with the updated review.

And tragically it’s not even her fault, but instead of how she and her Non Alter counterpart are so neglected by the developers despite being some of the more popular characters (in Jalter’s case one of the most popular)

I think her going down from the coveted S ranking all the way back from the Servant Spotlight early days has shown how far FGO has come from the 2016 era

I still like Jalter. She gave me the best gacha pull I’ve ever had in any game. Triple Jalters on one multi. I’m never managing that again, but will always appreciate her for it. I do wish though that she would both get a buff or two along with a much needed animation update. She’s definitely not top tier with all the great servants that have come out over the years. But she can still hit hard and I still bring her to smash any rulers I face. That’s good for me.

Even after all these years Jalter is still one of my favorite units to use vs bosses and such.
She might have fallen off a bit but she still gets everything done with ease.
Also with the right buff she’s gonna be top tier again.

One thing I still appreciate about her even to this day is how easy it is to get her up and running on a new account since one of her ideal support setups is Hans, a borrowed Merlin, and maybe a Shakespeare in the back when someone falls. She’ll benefit a lot from Miss Crane coming in a few months as well.

Not every servant necessarily needs a battery. I’d argue that she needs more star generation keep her crit damage sustained. The 30 star bomb is great, but its only good for the next turn. She needs more sustained crit damage rather than looping. I’d say put a *star gen* or *stars per turn* buff on her *Charisma* and strengthen her burn damage. That’s really all she needs. It’s a backup so she doesn’t have to rely on supports to keep her dps numbers, they just improve it.

She’s still the best ST avenger we have in the game Erise doesn’t compete with jalter and Lobo is in the dust. Her value still holds as shown with the current CQ on JP which she can solo btw. The meme that break bars killed jalter was always wrong she melts break bars with raw crit damage it’s not even funny.

Ah Jalter <3 She was the first servant I grailed to 100, I even used her to fight her story self (ironically a ruler anyways) back in Orleans. She used to be my go to boss killer and general dps until the banana oni came along. Even now I still use her on occasion for the sake of it. Thank you for sharing your updated thoughts Oni!
