My 1sr ssr in NA since i start fgo in 2018 and saved me on most singularties and my Ace servant during zeus fight…. Not maybe my best waifu or best girl on my ranking but she is best for gameplay.

As someone who admittedly was never a Jalter fanboy. And just saw her as just an okay character. I’d look at her kit and skills even when she first came out and I’d go meh… I always found despite her high attack stat you could almost always do better just bringing class advantage. Her only real big uses that I saw was during some Berserker Raids, or big Berserker boss fights since this was before the big support servant meta, or I guess a Ruler boss. Which was pretty rare admittedly. During this time I considered her honestly to be a B tier SSR. Her S ranking never made sense to me, and it still doesn’t. The only thing I could think of, was that she was strong enough to take care of the majority of the original singularities. But even then, a Herc could pretty much do the same.

As for now I’d probably rank her slightly higher than previously. There are more Zerker enemies, and more Rulers to fight against. Her NP Upgrade also helps dish out exceptional damage on the following turn. Potentially refunding her NP, or just doing massive damage. Obviously more supports for her now. She still isn’t just game breaking must have, but she’s a nice pick up. I’d give her a solid A tier. A full upgrade from my previous ranking. Which is weird since unlike everyone else my initial thoughts on her are quite a bit lower than how hyped up she was.

By the way I do own Jalter. So it’s not like I didn’t get to test her besides the myriad of level 100 Jalters on my friendslist as well. lol

She’s still my favorite, I will always use her. She ate 400 of my quartz for one copy, which was rude, but she’s still the buster Queen of my Chaldea, and the damage she does with Himiko and Okita Alter supporting her is still unreal.

Jalter was the first SSR I really worked for back when I was still F2P. Even when I paid on the New Year banners and got other 5-stars, she was the one that helped me blast through all of Part 1 of the story. She was my first level 100 and first to get to +2K stats. If the only thing she needs is some kind of utility, then maybe either one of her skills or her NP applies ‘Dragon’ to all allies? Granted I have no idea if this would actually be super helpful or not, but I feel like that would be a decent way to give her some utility without adding something wacky to her kit like a cleanse (bc why would a vengeful alternative of Jeanne have a cleanse in terms of flavor?).

If there is a single servant I had to give credit for carrying me through most of the first campaign, its Jalter. She’s useful for the vast majority of fights with the first time I really had to not use her was facing BB in a few side events. And she still can curb stomp enemies in lost belts with Zeus being a cake walk due to her slapping him around like a he’s a mouthy brat.

Ah, my first FGO waifu. I remember rolling for her during the original Da Vinci event and getting a copy of her. Then when the rerun came, I got two copies in the same pull. One of my best FGO moments.

But yeah, she’s definitely fallen off since the beginning of the game. Despite being the first breakout character of Fate Grand Order, she’s only gotten an NP interlude.

I feel a way to bring her back is to just buff her skills. Just make her first skill apply the dragon trait to herself and the party so everyone gets the 40% attack buff.

But she’s still a great single target servant even with all the skill that’s happened.

I’ll throw my free Oct tickets at her. Hey I hit NP2 Himiko in under 30 quartz so. It can happen and if not aren’t the CEs for the next thing anyway. I have Lobo for my Avenger needs, so you f I get her great, if not oh well. Used my free 5 star on Orion so, no need there lol

Jalter’s what I call a “big stick” servant. When utility isn’t enough to save you, sometimes you just need to hit it with a big stick until it dies. And Jalter has the biggest stick around.

Unfortunately all of the Jeanne’s seem to get ignored by the devs for buffs. But yeah poor Jeanne alter deserves a skill buff.

The power creep didn’t help her standing. I got her on the last rate up from a YOLO, leveled, Fou’d, 10/10/10, and never used her. Having an NP5 Herc, I’m pretty much set for unga bunga.

She’s still an S for me. She continues to HARD carry me everywhere, cause Buster Crits don’t care who you are. She’s worth every resource you give her.

I tried getting on her debut event and the rerun just to fail spectacularly in both cases.
