Many things have changed since her debut in the game, we have gotten ew classes, new supports, new CEs, command codes, etc.
But the thing that imo holds her back the most are new enemies, Buff blocking was excellent back then but is only ok now because now most bosses, even story ones, come with a sort of permanent buffs make buff blocking/removal somewhat of a joke, like how Shi Huang Di is able to crit her to death funnily enough.

She’s still super cute tho, gl to everyone rolling for Jalter!

Shes still pretty fantastic, Its just that high end of that top tier is now filled with more servants.
But I will say I haven’t turned to her as my go to for some time now. She carried me through a lot of the game earlier on but I often now have servants the fill a niche and shes more of a generalist.
I have also got a lvl 115 Gorgon which might cloud my judgement when it comes to ruler fights.

I’m fine keeping Jalter at NP2. Especially when she gets her NP buff next year on NA, since it’s basically like getting 3 free copies of her for Jalter’s old NP5 damage

Jalter is still great but imo the existence of Super Orion makes her significantly appealing to roll for unless you really like Jalter or want to round out your account a little by getting an Avenger for those rare Ruler fights. Big Buster crits are Jalter’s main thing and Super Orion brings a lot more to the table in that regard, alongside the potential to actually have class advantage since he isn’t an Extra Class servant. Now obviously not everyone has Super Orion, but he will be on rate up during the New Years Pickup Summon which is just a few months away now.

Let’s be real. Break Bars were implemented specifically because servants like Jalter, Kintoki and Herc were obliterating bosses in one hit through buff stacking and combat suit swapping. It was a direct fuck you nerf to all such servants and the biggest reason that NP Looping rather than nuking became the meta. Jalter didn’t fall off. The devs changed the game’s state in an attempt to invalidate her playstyle. Despite that she is still very strong.

I think Jalter just needs a NP Battery and an ability to make her Dragon Attribute. I mean come on, she was first introduced as the DRAGON Witch or Orleans. Then again, maybe the devs are a bit hesitant to buff her when she just dishes out crits like normal.

Jalter is still my best girl and top.tier servant in my eyes. But I am a waifu over meta mind if player.

She could definitely still use a buff or two, she really could use some utility. Why to this day her attack buff dosnt give her the dragon part as well is beyond me, she is the dragon witch after all. So I would start with her S2, give her the dragon portion and add a 30% NP Battery.

I’d maybe then look to play with her S3 and add a 1 turn Peirce invul or at least an ignore evade.

She has the big number but realistically struggles to use them with how the game has evolved since her release. I think changes like this could really help her. It’s pointless have the big numbers if she can’t even facilitate them herself, even if just a little bit.

She was my first NP5 and *MELTED* all opponents with any Waver team and later Merlin and of course now with Ruler Himako.

She is the only servant who does 19-21,000 base damage with my only 100 lev CE
