I just got my first Jalter after 5 years of this damn game, took out her dusty costume to finally be able to put it on her after unlocking it during Shinjuku.

What i hate, is the fact even till tbis day, she is popular, and even with that, not her or her “big sis” receive a single sprite update, it hurts to see her with that big head, specially with the shinjuku dress

I love me some Jalter and I’ve been trying to get her since her release in the Da Vinci event. She never came and with Erice in 2 years it’s hard for me to try and justify trying for her now with Ibuki coming in a month or so. So for the first time I’m likely gonna skip her.

I disagree with putting her in A+. Nothing in the game has become anti-Jeanne Alter, we get really good buster supports, she got a very good buff, and she has synergy (albeit not as strong) with ALL the Arts supports. Also being able to hit everything in the game hard for the exception of moon cancers makes her valuable to all kinds of accounts. She remains firmly in S, and if they gave her an NP battery she would be a candidate for EX.

I have Jeanne Alter at NP 3, and plan to have her to 120, should I roll for more Jalter to raise her NP and get more coins 🪙?
Thanks for the video, I was still wondering if it was a wise choice to invest in Jalter with grails and Saint Quartz; it was a popular trend back in FGO’s early days, not sure about now 🤔.

you should try Jalter with MLB starry nights. That CE with jalter buster crit chain will do more damage than any other buster np (except the events CEs with percentage buff)

Honestly, even at the advent of break bars with all the “Jalter is dead” nonsense, I don’t think it was ever true. ST Servants in general are inherently less powerful than AoEs, so she’s at an outright disadvantage there for sure, but she always was and still is a hugely powerful option. Buff block on her NP specifically is quite powerful, since it pretty much guarantees to apply on break if a break effect is blockable – I remember running Merlin/Jalter/Jalter against the Ruler fight in LB3, and she basically completely turned them off with buff block and the fight was over without blinking. She definitely could use a little more utility, but other big hitters in her environ – Arjuna Alter, Kintoki Berserker, Chad Orion – are light on utility (or have none at all) and no one holds it against them.

She is substantially weakened in some contexts by the mere existence of Oberon – BG and Oberon gives any Buster Servant access to such a massive damage ceiling that, for single-turn burst, Jalter is mostly unneeded when you can take your pick of ST Buster welfares or other power hitters, borrow an Oberon, and call it a day – maybe throw in a Shakespeare if you’re new and need the extra 20%.

So she is a bit redundant, but if the worst thing you can say about someone is “Oberon made them redundant”, that’s still pretty good praise.

Jeannes loves me i mean jalter came to me without even a slight struggle with a single multi and 2 weeks after that there was class specific banner I pulled on the extra class banner because I wanted salieri and what do you know first multi jeanne d’arc. I didn’t try to get jarcher although I’m not sure would I have gotten her?

Jalter was the one servant that lead to me starting to play FGO. I had saved for half a year for her and when I didn’t get her I almost quit the game.
I’ll probably pull a few times for her for old times sake, but I gotta have some SQ for upcoming servants.

Yesterday I rolled 30SQ on Gil/Ozy, and got my third copy of Gil. Rolled the Jalter/Orion banner today, did a 30SQ, and got my second copy of Jalter on the first summon. I’m done for a while now I think.

Jalter still hits like a fucking truck and is pretty tanky thanks to her neutral class advantage. She is still very much holding her own in the LBs as my go-to boss killer. Jeanne/Jalter/Memelin got me through Demeter with ease and I’m looking forward to soloing Zeus with her.
