I personally feel that the Morgan team would only do better if the CQ is an AOE enemy setup. Himiko does much much better in a ST setup. Reines also has her own merits. The thing is the immortal stall comp makes things much more straightforward for the Super Recollection Quests. A great example would be the Super Recollection Junao quest, sure I managed to pull it off with the Morgan comp but I had to save scum and worry about the AI not wacking the one character where the super invul runs out, and Reines buff on negating defensive class adv will be non-existent from being crit to death. Sure this is only 1 example out of the many difficult quests but this won’t stop Lasengle from coming up with a similar setup in future content. This sucks even more since the super recollection Junao forces you to pick Super Karna as support unlike the super recollection Nezha.
Imagine going up against say a super recollection Demeter when Road to LB 7 Olympus arrives, Jesus the fight would be so toxic considering the drastic increase and health and not all of us have access to an NP 5 with MLB BG to burst through the Hp bar. Honestly if you are desperate for the teapots in super recollection quests, Himiko will make your life much easier and straightforward especially with forced support situations as compared to Reines and Morgan in a ST enemy scenario

Great video absolutely agree. Also, as long time JP player I cannot put into words how excellent /useful Ashiya Dousman will be as a quality of life servant. I’m not even a fan of the character at all and I use him for everything short of cq. You can slot him into so many teams it ridiculous. Seriously, if you get one character this year, get, Ashiya Dousman.

Well, I guess this is really more like a matter of choice and how you want to play FGO. If you want to hit critical attacks and want to be safe you can roll for Himiko. But if you want to use her as a supporter or if you want higher DPS I think you can go for Gogh. Gogh has 3 quick cards so it can be better to get the command cards you want also even though you get a buster or arts if you use castoria or merlin you can still get a high DPS. Also, we have to consider which skill the enemy has. If the enemy has a skill that removes our buffs it can be difficult to use Himiko. On the other hand, if the enemy has debuff immunity the terror in Gogh’s NP will not work. In my opinion, if you like critical attackers I hope you can roll for both. (I rolled for both) But if you do not like critical attackers you can just pick what you want. But I really highly recommend you guys to skip most servants left this year. Next year will be the hardest year of skipping…

Imo, it’s good to point out that Plushie’s Morgan is NP5. Don’t know the level but it’s probably at least 100. So, if you are just going for NP1, Morgan team isn’t going to be much faster than Himiko. If Himiko team takes 30 turns, Morgan team will take 20-25 turns and there are 20% more chance of your team dying because you get 1 less castoria defence. On top of that, Morgan takes 4x more damage than Himiko because one is a ruler and the other one is a berserker. Also, if you use atlas mc, you get 2 insurance party wide invul with Himiko. One is Merlin’s full party invul and the other one is castoria’s 3rd skill, Himiko’s 2nd skill and atlas mc 1st skill. But since Morgan doesn’t have any invul or evade, you lose another full 1 turn invul. Overall, she is great for farming but for stall team, go for Himko or Reines.

I have her on JP and never felt the need to used her for anything. She’s and easy skip especially knowing what’s coming in the future.

I was going to roll for this banner for NP2 or more Saito (actually blanked on the name for a second because I always think of him as Vergil), then got hyped up for Himiko as well, but looking at my Chaldea, I only have Cuzilla and Nobuzerker (and Ash I guess I believe he does better solo) to fully take advantage of her supportive abilities… also I don’t know if she works all that well with Arts Crits team, which is my favourite team comp to run.
All of this to say, mr. Plushie: should I roll for NP2 Saito? He seems a bit easier to make use of than Saber Hokusai, but a lot more reliant to Arts resist down, but not as strong as my NP2 Dioscuri… I’m conflicted

Having both Himiko and Morgan, Reines as well but I almost never use her for stall teams, I find myself using Morgan more. Yes, less overcharge but I just prefer her for having an offensive NP which can make things quite faster. That said, Himiko is also very good and with the right setup, her star generation can be borderline ridiculous. Same goes for her damage.
