What is everyone’s opinion on gun clips; example on the glock 43 there’s a clip on the back of the slip similar one on a knife, tigger is exposed but it’s secured on your belt. Thoughts?

Even though I have a holster I am 100% confident that I could carry without one and not shoot myself. Why am I so confident? Because I take gun safety seriously. My finger never touches the trigger unless I am shooting.

I use an iwb holster and still have concerns about accidently shooting myself even though I know the trigger is well covered.

At the gun show in Northern Virginia last weekend, someone didn’t read the website that said, “no loaded firearms permitted.” He showed up with a full magazine and was told by staff to remove it. He ejected the magazine, pointed the gun at his foot, and pulled the trigger. The man wasn’t able to attend the show on a count of needing to go to the hospital for the bullet wound in his foot.

I would normally agree 100%, but I am disabled and can only abdominal carry in the summer. I can not pull from the hip or back and spend a great deal of time sitting. I have yet to find a holster that doesn’t add a great deal of thickness and or extended passed the muzzle. Micro compact is the only way, but I do not want to EDC a Micro. They do not fit my hand well, more so on a quick draw and the follow up shots are inaccurate in a shoot out. I am not a newbie. But YES, I want a holster that works for me!
