She probably doesn’t understand the full reason why Hololive left China. Sure wanting to keep Coco around was a reason but also at this time the CCP had put out new laws that ordered all who streamed in the country to give out all personal information (LITERAL GOVERNMENT DOXXING!!) and cover didn’t want that cause of obviously dangerous reasons and there was also the fact that their net worth for Chinese donations and merch weren’t making them as much money as say…. you know….. HERE IN THE WEST. So yeah, I think Cover made a smart decision to just tell China to 🖕.

If I remember correctly Hololive didn’t want to close CN, it was the antis that caused that shit for Coco and Fubuki backing her up.

Now most of those antis are dealing with the CCP crap and stuff.

I dont really understand Pippa’s stance….like i get the whole “losing you oshi” thing, but before, during and after CN’s closing it was shown that Artia is an actual dirtbag of a human being and celebrated Coco’s harrassment (that continues TO THIS DAY), so for her have Artia in the same league is actually baffling to me….like i have actually lost some respect for Pippa, which sucks because she usually has W takes but this is awful

I feel for Pippa honestly but this event solidified me as a hololive loyallist. I was a huge Civia fan back in the day too. I never missed any of her streams on Youtube. She was oshi material and then this incident happened. I remember many people trying to tarnish her image. I still to this day sing Scarborough fair and shed a tear in her memory. Still, what was done was the only morally right thing to do and if I was in that position I would do the same. I know the pain of loss and I hold it tight.

Hololive was caught between a rock and a hard place with the Coco+CN situation. There definitely were ways to handle it better, but I feel not even the company had a firm enough grasp of how bad things were until it got beyond control. Either way, Hololive 100% learned lesson, namely to stay as far away from the Chinese demographic as physically possible, they’re a ticking time bomb, and I think it’s also fair to say that Coco/Kson is in a better place too. She left her footprint in and lowkey reformed corporate vtubing but she really needed the freedom of being an indie to fully unleash her creative energy.

So many low IQ comments here are under the impression she is defending the CN talents or the CCP. That’s partially her fault, for rambling with little structure. Pippa starts off by talking about hindsight, how she acted foolishly BEFORE she knew things, how she was so emotionally distressed by the situation, because she liked one of the CN talents.
Do you brainlets really think Pippa, a person who hyperventilates at the mere thought of having a conversation with Kson, would not know about the rest of the details?

I really sad with HoloCN gone, especially Civia who just open her account of Youtube, and in her last stream, she shows her new outfit. A red outfit like a prom one, graduation huh, she’s look gorgeous, and just thinking about how it will never be use again made me frustrated.

Man, all those fucking nonsense just because of GOOGLE ANALYTICS showing off Taiwan as a country. THAT’S THE MOST STUPID SHIT I EVER SEEN. MORE FUCKED THAN A CARTOON SCENARIO. you can’t just make that shit up. Those antis are just crybaby for no fucking reason with no common sense, even baby is more tolerable than them.

Although, I really want to see the talents play Genshin/Star Rail cuz it would be so entertaining, especially looking at them throwing out money for funsies. But that will never happen, because of mention Taiwan. Just because of this, I only see China CCP in a negative way.
