am I sensing that there’s a foreshadowed hint along the conversation between Aki and Lamy while Fubuki and Matsuri Red Herring us by agressively questioning us? This would likely be the first stage of setting up the Horror for the story, overall this was a good first episode.

[Important Lore!] Something I just realized, Aki isn’t talking about Gardening, she’s planning a murder.

Now, I’m not sure Aki and Lamy are both planning a murder, it might be Aki the who’s going to do it and Lamy might just be clueless about the things she’s saying, the line “We have to pluck a few of the flowers, to make sure the others get enough nutrients. Just take the shears and Snip!” made a tick in my head and the line that REALLY made everything click together was “That’s why we put the cut flowers in cases and place them in classrooms.” WAHAHAWOW OK!

“Flowers in vases and placing them in classrooms” classroom with an ‘s’ we got multiple murders here Bois >->

If you don’t know this, a flower (in this case, flowers in vases) is typically placed on a student’s desk after a student has died, but if their still alive the action would mean that someone demands their death.

Also, the classroom seems rather empty right? You’d expect there to be more people, like Holomembers or just random people but no, maybe it’s recess/lunch/after class, but my point being is that in this story, everyone is invisible to us and the only once we can see are the once who are relevant to the story. Nene also ties in to this case, I mean, what is she doing? Looking out to the window?, First of all, she’s obviously relevant to the story so either she will die later on or she’ll be the witness to the death of a member

So in the next episode, it’s either going to be more world building and introducing us to more Holomembers or someone will die.

So, final thoughts?
“We are a transfer student and is being scouted by “Hanabi-chan” (Matsuri) and “Inari-chan” (Fubuki) and takes interest In us, behind them staring out the window is a girl (Nene) with long pink-orange hair, behind us we over hear a conversation between “Saki-san” (Aki) who is in the Groundskeeping Committee and tends the garden beds and “Touka-san” (Lamy) who seems to be quite aloof and seems to be rather clueless about everything, “Saki-san” invites “Touka-san” to help “prune” the flower beds, “Touka-san” seems to be clueless about the idea of “Flowers in vases be placing them in classrooms” and agrees to help with “pruning the flower beds” little does she know that “Saki-san” will be doing the “snipping””

TL;DR Fubuki and Matsuri chats with you, Nene contemplates in life and Aki fcing murders Lamy
