I know Nijisanji is going downhill, but I will always love Nijisanji since Iinchou, Ars, Ange are the one making me loving Vtubers.
I just wish they got a better management, the Livers also deserved better treatment. NijiKR and NijiID deserved better, they have so much potential.

So… from what I gathered is that Nijisanji keeps looking at the bigger picture, that they stopped looking at the smaller problems and it eventually grew to be a massive problem
TLDR; Nijisanji’s main problem is their terrible management

branching out in different country was always a mistake because some of those people could be those tweetards envtuber all along and there you have those toxic people. They dont know anime or anything in there life until they work for vtuber agency of course.Example when someone join a company but they dont know the culture of it. Nobody know what happen behind the scene or why they just getting kick out for no information but I guess its just up to them how they gonna manage it either its bad or good.

I gotta be honest, I’ve had Nijisanji on my personal blacklist for several years now. A creator I enjoyed just vanished off the internet only to find out months later she was in Nijisanji and was forced out for ridiculous reasons. No idea if I could even find the information again and honestly I’m not giving that f–king company anymore of my time. If that creators still out there I hope they’re doing better and one day returns or finding something else that makes them happy.
