I’ve been a longtime niji fan and still am(partially because I still watch Mika) even when niji en were smaller but I think my turning point was when Luxiem came along. I’m not saying the members in luxiem were bad but as you say in the video the air most definitely changed especially after something happened. It was like an instant stop for me. I still follow and am subscribed to niji en members but i don’t watch them at all. It kinda sad and disappointing how Nijisanji has become. Just from management not stepping up to help vox parasocial situation(am I only one who felt like managment didn’t do anything or was there something missing that I don’t know), yugo and zaion termination, Selen having problems with management, etc. It just goes to show how they really care more of quantity over quality. It bring back to the point, why was nijisanji made? Have nijisanji lost there meaning or did they even have one? Have the company really neglected these vtubers? You start to question more and think this wasn’t wat I thought nijisanji was, this isn’t wat nijisanji used to be. I thought nijisanji was where everybody get along and be free or so I say. I guess it was naive of me to think that. I understand from a business standpoint but I care more from a moral view. I know things changed and they never stay the same but man they changed(and not in a good way). I don’t know what it’s like from the inside and im viewing from how I see it so I shouldn’t even be saying much but I want to express my opinion though… The more i talk and think, the more I feel like I’m contradicting myself. My opinion may change but my opinion is where it’s at right now.

As much as I like and watch Nijisanji livers a lot before but now I prefer watching other Vtubers over them as one thing I hate about Nijisanji it’s not their livers, it’s their management. The hate I have them was way back, it’s this incident that happened in the past were they allowed company infighting among livers not mediated with both two sides and when everything escalated they choose one side and threw the other one under the bus and kicked out of Nijisanji, that’s a very devious move from Nijisanji management.
From there on, their management sucks for me, and would you look at what’s happening to them is totally hilarious for me now.

Though still hoping, their management (wishing also to overhaul their management as the current one really sucks in general) will learn from the mistakes happened in the past and correct those mistakes

Thats why I like Nijisanji all about; Wave after Wave after Wave of Disappointment, Drama and Incompetence. The Management really something… Are they trying to assert hierarchy? Power tripping? Or just a bird brain? The communication error between Talents and Management is very concerning, the problem is getting bigger and the Nijisanji don’t have answers to that.😕

I used to watch a lot of Niji but after a while it just grew tiring. idk if it’s the outside drama coloring my personal perception or internal issues dragging down on the talents but people mostly didn’t seem happy and I wasn’t happy watching them. I thought for a while maybe I just was burned out on the whole industry but then I watched other vtubers and nope, it was just Niji that made me feel this way.

It’s really hard to not feel really bad about that company right now.

NIJISANJI deserves to be called as AKB48 of Vtubers, instead of Hololive.

If the latter has the essense of idol culture, the former has the terrible management.

Absolutely same as what I always think about Nijisanji. I used to complain about Cover not doing their best to help or protect their talents from all kinds of trouble. Until I finally figure out that Anycolor is not only doing worse but also trying hard to exploit their talents. As a fan of vtubers from different companies, I do trust It’s possible and worthy to treat their talents better than current situation.

this company is having wages problem..so if the tallents has less viewers and less support they definetly gone..what a good thing about nijisanji en..they are really support their tallents and the live viewers are pretty high and stable this branch is more specials..and multinational ..the viewers is their hero
