Inaction is a choice, and apart from some especific member other didnt help, and some either try to help or use the little other have to prope themselves, this last case is quite weird really, as the intention can only be asume.

Never really got into Nijisanji cause my reason was just simple there are just too many vtubers in nijisanji. 185 members is that true, please tell me how many vtubers are in nijisanji cause I googled it and it gave me that number. Idk why Nijisanji is doing it but its like a cow factory right? Nijisanji is mass producing cows while Hololive is producing wagyu cows. Im not saying they’re bad, cows are delicious.

Thing is. Most issue wont be adressed properly
Why? Because it isnt direvt contact manager but UPPER MANAGMENT.
The issue with talking to another manager and having a newby expose it, direct contact manager are just interns given the works the upper managment dosnt want to do, they are glorified secretaries.
And either they work and are exploited or fumble and the livers contact other managers so they make the REAL manager DO THEY FUCKING WORK.
Ihave seen this first hand TWISE, In the several places i have work at (always work at 6 month NEVER FIRED, For those thinking i am revenge posting).
Basicly, Corpos dont wantto work, pass evrrything to underpay interns, ao now underpay liverz suffer are their ONLY ALLOW contact is unhelpfull either by choice or not.
So shit wont be really fix as the ones causing this wont see concecuences or care. Some minir changes will be implemented. If something HARSH happen is Uper puti g the boot down, anything else is the underpay interns trying to somehow fix it WITHOUTH being given actual resources or power.

don’t know if this is correct but from what i can remember, on the HoloID side, The CEO also went to indonesia as well as had a meal with them before they debut so for me that really shows the Yagoo cares for the HoloID branch as well as it shows that they got long term fanbases
