I have seen Calli, Gura, Kiara, Irys, Kronii, Fauna, and Bae all, at some point or another, encourage some horniness and talk about yabai things. I don’t watch Ame or Mumei much in solo streams, so I don’t know if they’ve ever done it, but I don’t recall ever seeing it.

But Ina never has. She usually brushes it off uncomfortably until she finally addressed it straight up and said she doesn’t appreciate being sexualized. And that is completely understandable. Weebs feel like it is their right to sexualize all these girls and fantasize about them and make lewd art and fanfics involving them. But the problem is, if Ina says it makes her uncomfortable and wants it to stop, and you keep doing it anyway, you are just proving that you don’t actually care about Ina at all, you’re just a horny degenerate that can’t control yourself.

There are plenty of vtubers that encourage it, both in and out of hololive. It’s just like the many, many women across the world who like to take naked photos of themselves for attention or for money. They don’t mind it. But when you start sexualizing someone that doesn’t want it and feels deeply uncomfortable about it, that is crossing a line.

Vtubers aren’t just anime girls. They aren’t paid actresses who went into a studio reading scripts written by someone else for a few weeks then are done with the character. They are embodying these characters and putting so much of themselves into it. While some of them do put on sort of an act and have a different persona, many of them, especially in EN, are mostly just being themselves. And it is creepy and gross to sexualize them when they don’t want it. And they KNOW you’re going to do it anyway because a huge chunk of the weeb audience are sexual degenerates anyway which anime weirdly encourages for some reason, but the very least you can do is stop bringing up to them non stop how you only value the way their model looks or how you fantasize about them and other weird shit like that.

Many vtuber fans are downright shameful in their behaviors. It is too bad companies like hololive don’t do anything to discourage it because they know those desperate parasocial weirdos are their primary source of income. If you want to be a deviant, at least do it to one of the girls that invites that sort of thing and is comfortable with it, stop trying to force it on a girl that is genuinely seiso just because pathetically trying to corrupt her is some weird fetish for you.

Ina is precious to us Takodachi. It’s basicly Ina herself that’s the most doubtful about herself.
She has also shared some stuff on why. Where Ina is the most introvert off the Myth girls, so Ina has a hard time telling where she wants to go when meeting up. Where Ina has the least amount of energy of the girls, and because of Ina’s condition where her blood stuggles to absorb enough oxygen and Ina needs to rest to not end up fainting.
But we in the takodachi community (and the others in of the Myth girls) don’t care about any of that, we love her just the way she is 💜.

It also warms my heart when we get stories from Ina, telling us that she had fun with the other Myth girls at an amusement park. For someone that goes alot it maybe doesn’t mean much, yet for Ina who would normally go with her family, now is out with her genmates/friends. Actually asking Ina “Where do you want to go in next, Ina?” is such a big gesture for introverts like Ina. She actually was tearing up happy when telling us her story, with the realisation “I’m out with friends and this is so much fun ” 💜🧡❤💛💙.

We also know that Ina is on the floor alot to rest up, it’s quirky, but nothing we don’t like about her. We also know now about Ina’s condition and we will offcourse support Ina and we will respect it if Ina needs time for her condition to get better.

I’ve been a takodachi since day 1 of discovering HoloLive. Ina is always a joy to watch and listen to. Her comfy vibes and silly demeanor are infinitely comforting to just chill to. While other Holomems are naturally funny, Ina comes by her quick-witted, Dad-level humor so casually it’s so endearing. She genuinely seems like the kind of person I could just enjoy being around because she is so sweet and silly.

Realistically, no talented person would want to be known for lewds. here is a time and place for that. It’s not too much to ask her fans not to be horni and give the wrong impression she’s a lwedtuber as a new tako might join thinking she’s a like that, and it’s mentally exhausting to navigate that without offending people.

I’m a dedicated Takodachi, but unlike so many others, I am very good at respecting the boundaries set. I will save the yabai for when it’s just me and I know Ina can never find out. I don’t like the idea of not respecting boundaries as they exist for a reason. It wont stop yabai stuff entirely, but that’s why you can give people tags you block, to not see it. I doubt she even was trying to stop it outright but instead just trying to keep it away from herself.

Ina’s honestly one of my all-time favorite vtubers. I don’t watch (hololive) vtubers that often anymore, but she’ll always be special. She just radiates that cozy aura and that makes all her streams really enjoyable to listen to. And I personally really like it that she doesn’t rely on lewd stuff for entertainment, cause that honestly gets tired real quick imo. She just does her thing, the way she wants to do it all while somehow keeping it entertaining and pleasant enough that you’ll stick around for a good long while and I’m all for it. 😀
