the only phase connect vtuber i know is of course pippa and i certainly don’t claim to know everything about vtubing but as far as im aware, the models are created for the talent when they’re hired and the models are property of the company , not the talent… (with the exception of vshojo… and im not aware of others that are also unique with ownership) . they said the phase connect girl was a manager at that cyber vtubing company, so is it possible the company just let her keep the models when they went out of business?

I love how the vtubers don’t realize that their models fall under the same principle as the games they play on stream, music clips, and all other ‘intellectual property.’ New rule, each effected vtuber can only apply fair use going forward if they don’t use game files and only with individual written permission from the IP holders.
