I went all out and even had to spend some money cause this is the only rate he is going to get in the next two years. Got him on NP 2 and he feels insane. Hope they are going to drop an event soon so I can test him for real.

Nope. There are better servants in the future. My current servants still does the job fine and I like being creative with my setups. So I can still pull a 3 turn even with my 1* to 3* servants.
