This is almost literally what happened to me. Although it was the rerun instead. I slacked majorly and didn’t start trying to get the last copy until there was like a day left. I spent probably almost 50 apples and I got shit. It haunts me that I don’t have it MLBd. Thank God I’ll be able to do it next year

The first year of fgo was cursed, we didnt have apples until the halloween event, ppl used Quartz to refill her AP and the AP was refill every 12 or 24 hours so you used all your AP? wait for tomorrow, and if you happen to level up it”d refill all your AP so you had to keep playing because if not you were going to lose all that AP for nothing, 4 Quartz for every single roll, 40 quartz on multi and the worst of the Halloween event, they had 3 CE Drops so they give you 4/5 copies so you have to farm the last one on each quest and dont make me even start with Moon Goddess Dumplings event or the first NeroFest, that was HELL

Yeah, to this day i still hate the fact that we need to get a drop off a CE to actually MLB an event CE. That’s why events like mission/point-based are better because they sometimes have the fifth CE as a reward for completing a mission/reaching certain points.
I started playing FGO JP on the Summer 2017 rerun and CE drop was a concept i never knew existed back then. What does that mean? I am staring at 4 copies of Dive into Blue, never succesfully MLB’ed it.
