I was caught spoofing and got a 7 day so I stopped, yesterday I logged in and got another 30 days without even spoofing…

Good decision taken by Niantic.. Fking useless people spoofing all over the world getting hundos shundos easily and flexing like they are freaking legit player.. I agree with Niantic 😴

For me spoofing not really problem for me unless the spoofer disturb other gym defending. By far I have few friends which is spoofer. They not really care about gyn defending. Niantic should take care more on gbl this is big issue. Why big issue cos till now not even solve the lag, error and all the problem in the gbl. Spoofer not really effect my gameplay but gbl totally effect my gameplay

You should have told niantic that people have jobs and lives outside of pokemon. Stop making people have to travel so far just to attempt to enjoy the game.

As I spoofer I think this ban is 100% dumb and stupid! I live in Glendale Arizona, I’m like five minutes from the Cardinals stadium. Let me tell you, 98% of the pokemon that spawn there is rock/ground. I would never catch any grass, water (especially water), dark, flying, etc if I didn’t spoof. I have six pokemkn stops (including gyms) near me, however four of them are on the cardinals property (pretty sure I can’t just hop that fence). The lack of stops, the price of gas, the heat are all factors on why I spoof. If Niantic wanted a game where everyone is outside and playing together, they should have made it only for big cities (Miami, NY, Syndey, California, etc). Small town people in rural cities has a clear disadvantage compared to people in the big city. Seriously think about all of the regional pokemon, if Niantic wanted everyone to have a “level playing field” then why have regional pokemon. The same when they have “in person” Go Fest. Niantic can’t sit there and say everyone has to be on a level playing field, but a person in one part of the world can’t catch a pokemon that only spawns in another part of the world. Lastly, the money Niantic will lose will hurt them so bad. At first they won’t see a lost, but over time they will. Non sppofers play in one time zone, I play in atleast three if not four if it’s a pokemon I really want. Think about the amount of money spoofers (including msyelf) spend on raid passes and pokeballs. People need to stop being babies and let people play their game their way!

I admire you and other content creators who offer advice on how to play Pokémon GO to it’s full potential. But, until Niantic can offer all players the full potential of the game whether you are free, budget, a whale, city, rural, special needs or out of your choice restricted, this feels like a belittling of the players. Obvious cheaters exist, cheating because you feel cheated is not an excuse but we really need to see that the needs of the Pokémon GO community are being heard and handled. We have had plenty of good examples of this. We have had plenty of examples of poor judgement by Niantic as well. We need to know efforts are being made where it really counts to the players. Thank you Niantic for showing us you intend to address cheaters. Please let us know what some of the communities biggest suggestions are currently with gameplay, bugs or features we’d like to see implemented or redesigned.

I get that it’s against the rules but who is it hurting. People spoofing doesn’t bother me. I’m not gonna be jealous of someone’s pokemon who is cheating to get them. And they shouldn’t be proud of them for not getting them fairly.

is there any risk if you haven’t spoofed in a long time? i only spoofed for about a week back in 2016, never been soft banned or had any warnings. since then i’ve only played legit and have caught many pokemon so i would hate to lose them over that one week of spoofing

Spoofer can’t go to everywhere,they always got a SOFT BAN
I know 1who is spoofing because he lost his 1leg
I think spoofing is not wrong idea but ‘ITS NOT FAIR’

I take it with a grain of salt especially since it’s coming from a ‘messenger’ who is sponsored to go to all these places
Fix pvp first Niantic, maybe the messenger can pass that along

Wish I could play as much as it takes to get the shinys you want but working a American job which entails working 70-80 hours a week it’s almost impossible to get the new shinys or play events it sucks what niantic does to increase their profit on the ar tech because it’s not to improve the game it’s to improve the ability of selling their tech to other companies

I spoof. Only really because I can’t get out and go wherever I want due to personal reasons. I’m level 35, 0 shundos, and only 140 shinies that were caught before spoofing. For me it’s a way to play without having to stay in a single location and catch 3 pokemon per 2 hours when others are able to be more free.
