No my boy people spoof to play the game fairly, you play without spoof cuz you are a youtuber it’s your job and you live in a big city, others don’t spoof cuz they have money to burn traveling, and buy infinite resources, spoofing levels the plane field to a GAME that dosnt even have much of a pvp system going on spoofers don’t bother you actual progress.

One problem I have with pogo is the place I live at has 1 not much people playing pogo and 2 there are no pokestops or pokemon that is near me so I can fix the first problem but I have niantic could add more pokestops near my area instead of me biking to another own just to do raid hour or com day

I think people are forgetting the point of the game, it was made to get outside and play, and go to places, people are complaining about the paid event to be so far and expensive traveling, you don’t have to go… just like in any other game, if you spend the money you get access to more cool stuff, no game has a level playing field, when money is involved, cant blame Niantic, and then the rural vs urban area argument, from experience living in both, there’s other ways to enjoy the game, pvp, remote raids, spawns at parks, then if it’s not safe, maybe it’s not the game for you, its hard to have a game designed to go outside benefit everyone around the world, and if you like Pokémon, theres plenty of games to play at home, it’s just how the game is, there’s more pokestops at cities cuz there’s more people and players, just a ratio, if everyone had the best aim in cod using aim bot it wouldn’t be fun, that’s why it’s hard to accept spoofing as something that’s okay to do

This is another way to play the game. It’s not new in all game people play with cheats or more advantages and others play without cheating. And you talk about fair, dont think the game its fair for everyone, some friends have 3 to 5 pokestops/gym at home me if i want to spin some pokestop need to walk a little. Some players need to go in big town to see the first pokestop.

“IF” is the key word. A lot of us have never been banned since spoofing started so if you spoof, don’t be greedy about it.

I personally started spoofing in 2021 when the pandemic and I couldn’t go out for many weeks and I have only 3 stops in my area with spoofing I could raid, catch and spin a lot more stops. What usually wouldn’t do on the normal basis

My thing is, it’s not fair. They favor certain countries/regions over others. To my knowledge, they’ve never done anything special that’s exclusive for my area. Yet I see special stuff in Australia, Japan, South America. I don’t think it excuses cheating BUT it explains it. And we’re in an all time economic crisis in America. There’s not many people who can afford to fly, in person. Really, I think, if they wanna be fair, POGO should have their own spoofing app that they control. Something that allows us to go somewhere for a fee that’s much smaller than airplane tickets and hotels. Allow us to do it a couple times a year since they aren’t going to come to all the areas of the world for special events and stuff. But that’s just my opinion. I still feel, no matter what they do, there will be spoofers.

I know people personally who have multiple shundos from community day or new Pokémon is released and they have the hundo in a day or less. It’s totally annoying to see this kind of play style. I’m here with 40 or so hundos and have been playing for 6 years basically. Also, with the amount of money spent on the game, why would you risk losing everything for a regional or shundo in another place. I don’t like spoofing, but I can’t stop anyone from doing it. That’s my opinion on this topic. Again to each their own. Have a good day.
