you didnt have to wait 2 hours because in 2 hours you havent spun a stop nor caught a pokemon, thats why you didnt have to wait, once you do that youll have to wait
also once you get your 2 hour ban, i noticed if i teleport back to where i teleported from the ban is not there in your original spot you logged in at, or last teleported from
