When I try to open the app, it tells me “Pokemon GO requires Developer Mode to run. Until Developer Mode has been enabled, this app will not be available for use”

I have the free version of ipogo which only consists of the free features but when I turn some of them on they don’t seem to work. I was testing the shiny scanner and it wasn’t doing anything. Seems as though many of the other features don’t work either like the enhanced throw and catch previews. Do you know how to fix this?
