Spoofers can make something useful for this game… If Niantic notice that their location data are not right, maybe they will return cheap remote passes and unlock shadow raids 😀

My account is legit and always has been. I personally won’t cheat (and, I believe I’m not able to spoof as on an iPhone) but of people want to do it, it’s no skin off my nose. I’m not in an area that anyone wants to spoof anyway as it’s very rural and there’s only me raiding non legendaries (there’s no one else playing where I live in any case). In a nutshell, you wanna spoof, go for it.

I’m area is rampant with spoofers. Or so it seems. Since every gym is alwayyyssss full. Like always and I get insta kicked anytime I take a gym myself. But the raids literally nobody does raids around here. I see the occasional one person from outta town come to their second house in our little town and do a raid but it’s always tier 1 or 3s. Never anybody to do the T5s or Mega’s. So my only conclusion is that there are so many spoofers in my town. Or they no insensitive to go out. Every community day I watch for anyone playing so I can ask to maybe befriend them. Since I only started playing towards the beginning of July 2022. I have seen 1 person In my town playing and it was a kid I knew from a long time ago. And he never wants to go raid plus he only just started playing so has no real grasp on the game. Ugh makes me so frustrated, just wish that if they are spoofers in my area that maybe some can just come help my raid at least….. like dang come on. Couldn’t do shadow mewtwo, same with shadow art..guess I’ll pack up and move to a big city right? That’s the solution or at least the only one I can think of. Since driving 1hr away but having an on the call job plus a family well that makes it a little hard to go an hr away without causing trouble in paradise…..

I don’t have problems with spoofers. I’m surprised tho how open they r with it. It’s like they’re not worried bout losing their accounts permanently. I would be. That’s alot of time lost & Pokémon etc etc.

Haven’t seen more spoofers but yes they shouldn’t of nerfed remote raids. But now the game is nerfed they lost a lot of money. Even these in person raids some gotta travel as not everywhere has a community. I myself gotta travel 25 miles for in person raids

Niantic are qctually making money from spoofers, spoofers buy all the tickets to events and stuff for research. All in all, are spoofers really hurting anyone? No they arent its personal preference in how they want to play. Also, some spoofers are players who physically cannot leave their houses for long durations to even enjoy the game i know at least 3 players who cant go out to play due to health reasons. Just play the game how you feel fit to play and dont worry about how pthers play.

but dont forget.. what about those who play the game or wanting to play the game but are handicaped, crippled, so they are unable to go out and play so spoofing is the only option for those type of players! you cant cancle them out for thier disability ..

In my area there is a toxic troll who controls every gym at the nearby college with six yellow accounts. He spoofs and bots. He is a garbage person. He has the bot program with five level 27 accounts plus his main set to retake the gym in 10 minutes. He got afraid to use hus main account during that one banewave, but no other time. He has been reported hundreds of times for botting and toxic behavior by many trainers. He is a whale and they won’t deal with him. He has controlled the college gyms ever since 2019, it’s not like Niantic can’t see that.

Of course they are back, and everyone knew this would happen. I am NOT a fan of spoofing, but understand some people having the need to do it. But with the muleheaded, to put it kindly, decision to nerf remote raids, the need is real.

I don’t care if they spoof and besides Niantic can’t stop them. All I would say is if you spoof don’t be an ass over Gyms. That player might really need it and you can go anywhere so let them have it.

I mean..the game is dead bro idk why you or anyone else cares that people spoof, in fact, it’s the only thing keeping this game somewhat alive and kicking. The spoofers still have to buy raid passes to do the in person raids so why would niantic care? Why do YOU care? Spoofers are good

Im working 2 jobs, i don’t have time to go to every raid in my local community, spoofing allows me to still help out and feel connected. Along with get resources to better help. I still go out and play on any important day where im not working
