For Current Patch Explogo, There’s actually a different setup that you can use with only 1 fireball. Its a lot easier than Panta Pogo, and about the same difficulty as 2 fireball. You just dash down to the mushrooms and pogo them then dash so that just under the ceiling and foward fireball, then pogo the sporg like you would with 2 fireball setup. You can also fireball twice there, which is a lot easier than regular 2 fireball pogo and you would just pogo the sporg like you would with 3 fireball.
I’m doing something in between. without the first dash but with 3 fireballs xD
Still wish it was called explogo
Clicked on the video to learn how to do the epogo, found out that i should not bother with epogo but should turn vsync off
I love when someone founds a new trick for speedruns. Even though I’m not going to speedrun ever myself, I love that, especially that it makes the watching new runs more fresh.
bro how nobody noticed on 5:19 he talking about dashing to the wall even tho on low% you don’t have the dash
Trying to learn any% and this was giving me trouble but seeing this helps some 😀
Seeing the amount of fineness and precision skilled players of this game can achieve is absolutely astounding to me.
Whenever I play it feels like I’m a gorilla struggling on frozen slip’n slide.
I was always impressed by how fast speedrunners seemed to be able to play before seeing the footage slowed down and actually broken down into what they’re doing to achieve it, but now that I have seen it even with just one trick, I’m even more in awe and impressed at your and other speedruners’ skills. My brain can barely comprehend how it’s even possible.
My fingers are absolutely incapable of performing such delicate yet fast maneuvers, and even if they were, my hand-eye coordination is as laggy as 90s internet connections.
