As someone that doesn’t have a community to play with remote raids are the only way I can do 5 star raids this is gonna suck for someone like me that doesn’t have a group

Hi Brandon, I’m from Italy and I follow since the pandemic starts. in italy nearly nobody plays Pokemon Go. I’m a rural player with only one gym and no one play in my small city. I do a lot of raid in presence but without remote raiding i will not be able to do any legendary/mega raid. No escape route. I agree with you on what you said, but i think in any case that the remote raiding is a fundamental feature. Peace!

I’m in rural Mississippi. I only remote raid when there is something of a particular interest that I want to get. I can do one, two, and some three star raids by myself on days when I’m able to get to the gyms that are closest to me, which are 15 miles away. But, the only way I can do 4 and 5 star raids is remote becuase I don’t know enough people who play and can all meet up at the same time and same place to do that. If all they do is limit the number per day, I’ll be good. If they eliminate it completely, I’m done.

I dont wanna be forced into interaction with other players, if I want to interact I can handle that myself without Niantic forcing me.

Niantic is making all the wrong turns and have not become any % better since #hearusniantic.

such a hypocrite, after you enjoyed all the benefits from remote raiding you now defend the remote raid nerf, not everyone is playing in singapure with spoofer filled lobbies, killing remote raids kills raids entirely for a vast amount of players worldwide

I also try to do as much physical raids as I can but I sometimes can’t because I don’t have time as I am studying sec 4 and have Olevels this year 😢

not happy about the remote raid passes, but if it must go ahead i do like your idea of normal 100 coins for the 1st five passes and then goes up by 50 coins for each additional raid passes and so on.

I rely on people remote raiding to help me nobody plays in my community anymore without them I will not be able to catch Legendarys.

I would also argue that your point around connecting community is better facilitated through campfire, not restricting raid passes. They should just do the global release already. Raising the prices will force players to re-evaluate if they want to do 3 local raids for 50 coins each vs 1 remote raid for 150.

Prior to campfire there was no way to get connected with my local community. I would show up to local raids hoping someone would appear but they never did. After 1 year of playing since 2021, I finally found the discord via campfire and have a community to raid with.

Brandon that is fine for you to go out and play. You’re a content creator and people will do meet ups and play with you because it’s YOU. However, a regular person I can’t do that. Imagine a level 35 who can’t take down a zacian but what’s to play master league. They need to be level 50 now to play pvp. It’s a stupid act of self-sabotage

i experienced this today and personally in india there are literally no players that come out to play so the only option i have is to rely on foreign players for raids and although i would love this feature to come it would only cause more problems for the areas without huge pogo community. i hope niantic really takes in consideration all the measures before implementing this feature

Did Niantic get new management or something? They took away my AR scan research because supposedly I upload low quality scans. How am I suppose to get poffin a now? I have my stops that I scan everyday and now I don’t get them anymore and I have no idea how to get them back

I’m a huge fan Brandon but I have seen some of your own videos ( raid hour in Indonesia or Philippines) of you using local raid passes and driving around entering the raid lobbies.

This is something they should have done a long time ago. This is how you have so many trainers sitting at level 50 now while some trainers are still grinding along the old fashioned way of just catching everything.
