Numbers

S1 – Self 30-50% crit damage up, self 3000-5000% star weight up (both 3t), self charge NP 30-50%. 8-6cd

S2 – Target party member charge NP 10-20%. and 200% OC up (1 time, 3 turns). Party 10-20% NP gain up (3 turns). 8-6cd.

S3 – Self arts up 30-50% (3 turns). Self 10 stars per turn (3 turns). Self invulnerable (1 turn). 8-6cd.

NP – Party 1 hit, 1 turn solemn defense. Self 50-100% powermod vs Chaotic for 1 turn and 50-100% powermod vs Divine for 1 turn (both scaling with OC). Deal 900-1500% Damage to 1 target. Deal 150-200% damage to Threats to Humanity (scales with level). Enemy crit rate down 20% (3 turns).

Good, but not amazing.
