first an arts merlin, now a summer kama/spishtar but if they were a berserker… if skadi=ruler really turns out to be the promised EX+ support that will resuscitate the quick meta… all of this in one summer… lasagna you have no idea what you just unleashed upon this world!

Arts NP: Ignore Defensive Buffs(before DMG), AOE Damage that deals 150-200% bonus DMG(OC) against Earth-attribute enemies. Inflict 20% Critical Chance Down(3 turns).
Deck: QAABB
Skill 1: 10-20% ATK Up(3 turns) and 20-30% Critical DMG Up(3 turns) to Party. 20-30% NP Gain Up(3 turns) to Summer Servant-allies(includes herself). CD 8 to 6
Skill 2: 20-30% Arts/Buster Up(3 turns) and Reduce CD by 1 to party member. CD 10 to 8
Skill 3: 30-50% NP Charge, 5-10 stars per turn(3 turns), 3000-5000% Star Absorption Up(3 turns). CD 8 to 6

To think that Ruler Moriarty was released only a couple of months ago, the absolute difference in strenght is astonishing.
