フリューゲルホルンの音って、屋根裏伝いに伝わってくるような、一回どこかで反響したような角のとれた柔らかさがあって、ステキ。サウンドに張りがあるサックスと、また、まったく違う。

This just doesn’t have as much soul as Roy Hargrove’s version did. It just seems kinda snooty and Kenny G-ish. But I kinda dig the softer rendition of it.

A ‘smoother’ version for sure, still nice to listen to. Candy does what she does and looks great doing it. She’s a funk player so it’s unfair to critique her from a jazz perspective.
The bassist was smiling with her just a lil too much for her comfort! 🙂 around 4’20 then 4’30 and 4’50. Hard to blame him really…

the theme is not “Man in the mirror” from MJ but “Devotion” from Earth Wind & Fire…. MJ is only in the solo 7.57 to 8.30 ….. awesome version !!!
