I’m curious. How does this stuff with the game happens? I mean, is it that one girl starts playing the game and then the others join because it’s fun, they decide together or hololive has something to say in the choice of the game? Like with Ark, Resident Evil Village, Holocure… and now Rust.

When Gura started the RUST collab, I was wondering if they were on the JP server or if they had a separate server like they did on EN Minecraft. That question was answered when they came across Fubuki’s sign saying “Pekora is a Scam Artist”. At that moment, I was lamenting that JP members were probably asleep. There would have been so many funny shenanigans if JP and EN were on at the same time.

ENTER. PEKORA.

Pekora wasn’t streaming at the time but I imagine she was checking out some early morning (JP time) EN streams and saw Gura and Co. were playing rust. She probably came in just to mess with them. The moment when Gura’s group found Pekora was amazing. Gura’s combination of awe and fear was exactly the sort of reaction I was hoping for. The ensuing antics were also just the funniest things ever.
