AngryJoe if you had played any of the previous Ace Combat games such as 4, 5, and Zero before Assault Horizon you would have given it a much lower score.

I dont get it.. this looks incredibly boring… Any game where you cannot kill and has no blood or gore is absolutely boring to me. Thinking about it.. Literally every single game I have on steam, 100’s have blood and gore.

I loved Stray! The poor reviews are from people it wasn’t made for. For a cat person like me, it was exactly what I wanted– playing a game as a cat without any extra fluff or mechanics to detract from its catness. It was cute, world design was interesting, the enemies were surprisingly brutal for as cute as they were, loved the music, enjoyed the story, and it didn’t overstay its welcome. GOTY? No. But I could see myself firing this up once a year for fun and to relax. Compared to other games I’d agree a 7 is fair, but given how few animal games that have ever been made in the entire history of video gaming, of which there really aren’t many at all and of which exactly 0 are cat focused, I give it a 9.5.

I honestly love the idea and concept of this game, I’m sure we’ve all fantasized about living the daily life of animals. It would be really great to see a game where you could literally be any type of animal all in one package, with added DLC with different types like aquatic, jungle, insects, arachnids – the possibilities are endless! I think the name ‘Life’ would be pretty spot on for it too. Awesome to see the old style back with skits, you guys always put a smile on my face 😃

Just pitching an idea, probably not the place but you mentioned Madden. Why not just coast on your up coming review of it. Get a review in your archives, dub over and slap on a graphic over the year. Hell, leave a few spots where you don’t do that and your set. Personally I’ll find that funny.
