I simply love this game the music to the way it feels and the beautiful story and don’t know,

It may have problems but it is a bold move to make a game like that and I did NOT expect it to be so good and make me cry so much at the same time.

Just for context, the only game that made me cry was Portal 2 the ending + the I want you gone song :p

So it was awhile since I had that much involvement with the story and I could have stayed with morusque all night long to be honest … ❤️❤️

It’s really interesting how in so many instances PC runs games way better, but playing this on PS5 I had literally none of these goofy little mistakes with the world happen

Looks like a very interesting game but i wouldn’t pay $30 for it. Plus i already have a large catalog of games i need to get through that seem more interesting and will keep my attention more

thank you for acknowledging the game’s faults in this. In my playthrough I had so many moments where I would drop/move an item to only have it fly halfway across the room to God knows where. I had 1 time where the Cat softlocked in a hill and I had to restart my game.

Still an amazing game though don’t get me wrong, just feel like some people are giving it too much praise because like dunkey said, not nearly as much of people would care about this game if you weren’t a cat.

Also, not enough people talk about the OST for this game. Easily the best part of it

Because it’s a basic part of game design to have the character of your story driven game, which you control through the enviroment, have protagonism in it’s story, meaning that for the story and gameplay to have some form of cohesion and for the player to understand the game they bought and are about to play. Without it the game loses some of its charm and attraction.

This goes in part with the fact that a cat is a simple creature and a simple concept in the realm of ordinary everyday things and the developers use that to market their game. They don’t need to explain why this cat has so much agency and why this cat is doing all of these bizarre non cat-like things because, like you explained at the beginning, if this game wasn’t about a cat going about in this cyberpunk-esque world, the game wouldn’t have any appeal.

Obviousy marketing and success in sales isn’t everything a game needs but these two concepts are what hold and sustantiate the very thing you’re concerned about.

If i misinterpreted your point then my mistake but to me it feels like youre directing a question that doesn’t need to be answered and that never has any relevance. There are other aspects of this game which you can delve deeper into and ask these types of questions but it’s main concept which the game centers around doesn’t merit much explaining.
