I didn’t buy it because it’s not the game for me. It’s basically a visual spectacle more so than a game, like Journey or Abzu, where the only available difficulty is _Games Journalist_

Reviewers are all dumping on the bots for treating the cat like a person, but this cat is at least 7 million years more evolved by the time the game takes place. I don’t think it’s impossible that felines left to their own devices might have reached at least some level intelligence in that time frame.

Very refreshing that dunkey went against the crowd and actually made a review with reasons for his points instead of “you get to play as a cat so this is GOTY”.

It seems like all the dev studios these days just take inspiration from Knack 2. I know it was a good game, but I’d love some variety every now and then.
