The ccp isn’t limiting game play time because they care about the youth. They are limiting game play time because their one child policy was so disastrous that their only viable working class is aging out quite quickly and they have no one to really replace them. So the upcoming generation has to be prepared to pick up the slack sooner rather than later. They also can’t have them wasting money in video games because that doesn’t stimulate the economy. That being said you must truly be a grinch if you can’t enjoy a video game about a cat.
