For me, it’s sad to see behavior like this in both parts, but mostly Nisqy. I love to believe League is an actual sport; a sport is supposed to bring passion, and passion is not just screamed when teams do well. Journalists and fans overall are supposed to criticize, no matter if they know all the information or not or if the opinion is good or bad, and that is part of it. I’m not saying the esports community should copy everything from classic sports, but somehow for me it is worrisome to see almost the entire international community supporting one part as if players shouldn’t be criticized. If we want to become a bigger and better community, we can’t create an environment where our supposed “elite athletes” are treated as if they are going to a daycare. It’s like watching politicians that we support make bad decisions, and after that, we see them laughing between them. Are we supposed to feel nothing? Are we supposed to just see this as a game, not a sport at all?

Let’s not say Spain vs France here.
I’ve seen spanish vs french banter in ERL and even if it can get a bit passionate between communities, it is usually funny banter and rivalities.
All I see are cringe and stupid spanish kids trying to defend their caster. Don’t worry we have them in france as well but it didn’t happen for an international drama (yet 😅)

Let them be, from what I’ve seen, spanish are as good as brazilians when it comes to sportsmanship in esports. They are such degenerates. From Toast’s Apex Legends tournament(it was a competition of spanish vs english people, and the spanish were losing badly, and they said it was rigged, and started flaming and doing all kinds of stupid things, and then they left the tournament. 100 players coincidentally all agreed to leave at the same time, in the most important part of the tournament. When it was all fair, it was all screened, everybody could see everything was fair, they were just down bad and lost, but they couldn’t take a lose), to LOCK//IN Finals(where the brazilians leave the arena when their team loses to such an epic comeback, leaving the winners lifting the trophy to 2 people in the entire arena), to the brazilians booing the enemy team in international LoL matches, to the spanish caster incident. Idk why they are this toxic. In just 2 years, they managed to accomplish all this bs. I ended up not being able to watch esports related to brazilians. They are so unpleasant… Call me racist if you want to, but I’m not trying to be racist. It’s just… I find them annoying. Can’t you just sit in your place, and do nothing? They rise up in the match and yell like maniacs for no reason, making the whole match a pain to watch, even though the game might have been a good one… Like… just see how uncomfortable you can be to the people near you
