I can understand why they don’t want to give a banner with LB7 cause when they did with LB6, Oberon and some other stuff got spoiled so I can firmly understand the reasoning behind that. It does sucks that reruns aren’t much of a thing anymore so newer players will definitely be missing out on servants that will come handy in certain situations or just simply want to have.

EDIT: also having dead week or weeks are godlike. You can actually go play other games/read manga/ or catch up on other things. Having a week or 2 off to go focus on other stuff is the best feeling ever.

What I hate is a few of the more popular fgo streamers come out this way too. I remember when LB6 part 1 came out a certain fgotuber was throwing a massive tantrum about there not being any good fights despite it being part 1 in a VN sized chapter! Then when Oberon-Vortigern was revealed he threw another tantrum. It was sickening to watch first hand.

I’ve seen people hating on the fairy knights when they were revealed because they thought that they were just gender flipped KOTR with no context or patience at all. They hated on Morgan for being a berserker and called her irrelevant because Arjuna Alter exists. Now they hate on Britomart because she’s ‘a generic eroge elf”? In a game where she is the only servant to hold that niche?!

I really think this game’s gameplay is ass but I love it because this ass is the type of game I could never get tired of. Well, I just wish it was better.

I agree with a lot of stuff you said, but there’s one thing I disagree, and that is the need for a steady stream of events. Can’t say it’s the same for everyone, but at least for both me and my friends we hate long periods of time without events for one simple reason, the drop rate for basically anything in fgo outside of events is complete garbage. I’ve played a few games with this kind of farming and fgo by far has the worst grind I’ve ever seen.
Ascension items and class gems have garbage drop rates even in the best quests. On the other hand, events not only have shops, but also free quests with spectacular drop rates.
The worst part is that the devs agree or else we wouldn’t get those advance quests CEs. I’m certainly not collecting the 200+ items Charlemagne and Moriarty need for their skills with normal free quests, at least not before losing my mind.

Fans of FGO do not decide what happens next in the game, the developers do, so blame them for everything wrong with the game.
( I’m sure the fans of FGO implemented all the gacha related mechanics in the game to spend as much money on them as possible)

While the Fate community: they ban me everywhere for saying that Jeanne and Atalanta are the worst characters in the franchise both in history and in gameplay where according to those who are offended by it they say that I promote the harassed XD

Ehhh, I wouldn’t say everyone. I mean, I haven’t been super in touch with the games story, and I’m just a oldie. I’ve loved many of the Servants that has come out, but I’m in love with the traditional story telling abd hidden names of the Servants.
