He already got nerfed twice, If he gets nerfed for a third time his pickrate will drop from 30% to at maximum 14%. They need to add a role for agents that are half duelists imo.
One idea is, just bring back the old chamber first, than put a very faint long column of light coming out of his tp anchors when he places both of them, and a faint laser (Like enemy cypher trip) coming out of his ult when he scopes in. Then work on him if necessary.
Make his TP a bit slower than Yoru and he will be balanced

I fell like changing his teleport so that its used for re-positioning instead of peeking risky angles like a duelist is a great idea. It would give him a much more sentinel-type of play style
Bro no one is talking about this but the only reason chamber and all the other annoying agents are good is because they need red everything. Reyna orb count, Jett dash, Jett smoke, Jett knives, astra stars. Harbor Judy’s sucks and can’t do anything, so what’s the point in having people play other agents other then chamber viper brimstone and breach. They nerfed everything to the ground and now nothing is fun and therefor, chamber is the best character
I feel as though the issue isn’t chamber, he’s fine the way he is right now, the issue is that all the other sentinels in the game suck compared to chamber. If they buffed the other sentinels in the game then the issue would be fixed.

Make other sentinels stronger. Chamber is fine as he is. It feels good to play chamber. It felt good to play Jett.
No I’m chamber main. And i don’t think him as sentinel lonly but an new category such as lurker as he can stand alone at attack by Randevoze to his teammates instantly but also as a sole site protector.

Imo chamber should straighten his tie on screen when you activate the tp, and then snap away. This would increase tp time while also fitting his character perfectly
His teleporting animation should be slower than yoru’s. It would fix everything

Headhunter: starts with 4 but can’t buy, have to get 2 kills with headhunter to generate 2 bullets.

I think that the across map idea is good but that the tp animation time doesn’t need to be instantly Long but that it scales with how far chamber is away from the tp or how far the 2 anchors are away for each other
First, he already has the best trap of the game, the trap doesn’t have a range, slow and except smoke, he doesn’t have much counter like a cypher’s trap.
The most important change is his tp, nerfing everything else won’t alter his pick rate, your idea is good, but I still think a jett like nerf is better.
And yes, chamber is a sentinel, sentinel doesn’t mean to not be aggressive and the role of a duelist isn’t to get kill but creating space and chamber is bad for that especially in retake or in attack.
