i feel like the skins comparison is just wrong. Valorant skins objectively look cooler while csgo has better gun models and fov. Also you have to realize valorant is 3 years old and csgo got skins almost 9 years ago. obviously right know you still get bored of skins due to the lack of skins. but once valorant reaches the age csgo is im sure there will be plenty of other sick skins and different things you can do to the skins

I played a good amount of csgo btu i just dont understand how it doesnt get boring over time. ik cs2 has better graphics so itl probably make it feel less monotonous but csgo rn is so dark idk its graphics are just boring. csgo hasnt really changed too much. valorant is boring but thatl change because there are constant changes, maps, new agents idk. csgo cases are fun to open but really i dont know a single person who has gained more money than lost from opening those. Also i dont think ive ever been in a real lobby with that cringe people in valorant. its lowkey just tiktok

Csgo gets so repetitive, what you call overwhelming is in my opinion unique and what keeps the game interesting. Valorant is better to solo queue and grind because csgo you get bullied, kicked, and there are more blatant hackers on csgo. Ive had way more problems with the csgo community with ddosing and other things that made me think why am I even playing this game.
Csgo is a bunch of hackers, 20+ year olds. Valorant is a game that is all about adaptibility and teamwork. Csgo players just cant handle those 2 things so they stick to csgo. Im not flaming csgo, but its only fun with friends for me.

I played both and i hate the feel of valorant it feels stiff and random, but csgo feels free and pinpoint. I play cs for like a good 3 weeks straight like 1-4 hours every day and I decided to pick up valo for a game or three. mind u I was bad at valorant. and after playing csgo so much I top fraged every game and I didn’t use ablitys to much (I played kayo btw) it was call crosshair placement and game sense. But yeah valorant is good for chaos with friends and goofy shit happening. But man csgo it just scratches that itch of competitiveness and skill required to be good. i have looked for in a shooter basically my whole life.

RN I enjoy valo more than CS, but I don’t think one is worse than the other. They’re just different, and the skills needed for either one is different as well. Some people are gonna gravitate towards one or the other. And honestly that’s fine. The more CS and Valo compete w/ each other, the better it is for everyone. That being said, Riot needs to calm tf down with the skin prices holy fuck. I bought some of the earlier lines just bc I wanted to support the esports scene or the devs, but the prices nowadays are just highway robbery.

i played valorant in beta, now i solo queue nuke in csgo, in my opinion, valorant beta was fun as hell, but it has fallen off so hard. also if u play mirage you get racists so thats where the csgo is toxic stereotype comes from

CS is one of the few games that is still popular and comes from the golden age of gaming. The game mechanics, vote kick, teamkilling, the people who play. It’s very reminiscent of 2000’s gaming that doesn’t exist anymore.

the best way i could describe csgo vs valorent is that csgo is so simple on paper, but it’s so complex. every match feels so different, and overall as someone who reinstalled vallorent a year ago, it just feels so meh. the way that you have to wait for the walls to move is so boring compared to cs. ct access to b site was infamous for a reason, and it makes even buying a skill. especially the skins. each one looks simple on paper, but because everything isnt some over the top, custom made animation means that the actual skin is more interesting. and plus it’s a source game. say all you want about realistic art styles, but i will always love source. in summary: ya i switched to csgo too and it’s better
