This Meta is already stale. The adaptation that’s been made for the map pool sucks. Instead of brawling and playing retake teams have adopted dbl sentinel, vyse and yoru and oh my fuck I’m bored. Lev and mibr played some of the slowest valorant I’ve ever seen. Every map is about slamming util in the attackers faces and closing off main and forcing them into a sentinel setup. And this shit is happening in silver elo in ranked on abyss and fracture too. We might need to heavily nerf sentinels across the board. Playing Jett is a fucking chore now. And I think it has everything to do with sova being OP and every other intitiator being mid and the viper nerf that the only option to stop an exec is just to spam sentinel utility. This is the rattiest valorant i have ever played and the map pool has fracture abyss and split in it. LIKE WHAT HAVE WE DONE FOR LOTUS TO BE DEFENSE SIDED?

I dont get why casters dont refer to the astra pull as a “grav”. That way you can say “grav’d him off the spike” or “he just got his grav back” etc and avoid having to say “sucked him off” lolol. Especially since calling abilities like this a grav in other games is very common, INCLUDING IN OVERWATCH with zaryas grav. Youd think sideshow of all people would think to call it a grav.

the biggest problem that i have noticed on Deamon1 playing raze is his sensitivity is so low to be good at satcheling around, 160 eDPI, compared to like every other good raze player is like half. Zeken, keznit etc have 250+ eDPI, jingg t3xture 300+eDPI and then there are jawgemo and Artzin with 400+ eDPI. On the Split mach i noticed Deamon1 going out of heaven and having to swipe his mouse accros his mousepad 2-3 times to just sachel out and get in to position to then try and get a kill, and that no matter how good you are mechanicly is not easy.

In my opinion sen’s ideation and read of the meta is much better than the rest
Yes they’re mistiming util, but they’re running a new comp on every single map, and it’s a util heavy comp, so it’ll take time to get used to
No glaze but sen and g2 are EASILY the top 2 teams in the world rn, with vit a close third (eu team)

Narrate on Breach seemed like a mistake, I think hes going to be more effective on other initiators or on a Sentinel, that being said Zellsis on Vyse, team blinds MULTIPLE times, and when he used his Ult on retake he was always WAY ahead of everyone else and would just run in and die before anyone was ready to execute. He honestly plays a really good Breach though so..

In my completely uneducated opinion, FNC’s biggest problem is the loss Mini as a head coach after the 2023 season. I think it’s likely his knowledge and insight that kept Boaster’s IGLing looking like world beater caliber.
