lvl 100s:
1. hijikata – i love him sm and he came home in one ticket on my bday am so grateful to him. rolled for him cos it was my bday and i wanted to test otu bday luck but he grew on me so much through his interlude and voicelines
2. dantes – my edgy phase made him my number one husbando so after all the bloodshed i went through just to get him i had to grail him to lvl 100
3. caenis – i love his blunt and uncouth attitude, i just love his character overall
4. archer emiya – tbh when i first got into fate i didn’t really like him but then house husband and just his caring nature just grew on me as i got out of my emo phase so yea
5. godjuna – need i say more?
6. izo – my most recent lvl 100 char actl. the more the story dove into his tragic backstory the more i started to want to give him headpats and the more i wanted to actl use him so grailing it was

lvl 94s:
1. mordred – my fav knight of the round table. stopped here because other grail candidates dropped. not sure if i’ll ever take her higher

lvl 92s:
1. zerker nightingale – my first 5*

lvl 90s:
1. lancer cu – the char that got me hooked on fate. plus he’s rlly gd at solo-ing so bonus points!
2. hot wheels – angy man + his backstory just got me

to be grailed once i get my hands on more:
1. saito – his attitude. damn. yes.

there are other servats i grailed too but i still hv no idea why i grailed them?? so i didn’t include them in this list

Da Vinci (Rider)[LVL 104] : basically the reason why I started playing FGO, even if I failed on getting her first time
Edward Teach [LVL 100] : Became one of my favorite servants thanks to his funny behaviour
Super Orion [LVL 100]: Another fun dude and second strongest servant after Da Vinci
Jason [LVL 90]: I didn’t think i would become so invested on this servant but I love his NP and he’s crazy good for a 1 star
Okada Izo [LVL90] : I don’t have a 5 star assassin yet and he’s pretty badass
Arash [LVL 80] : Bond 10, he deserved it after all the suffering

Next grail will probably be Da Vinci (Ruler) next summer

Lvl 100 Shuten : Reason I got into Fgo in the first place and because Oni waifu.
Lvl 100 Jean d’arc Alter: Second waifu and tsunderes are life.
Lvl 100 Space Ishtar – Tied with Ereshkigal but major reason is cause she is np5.
Lastly, Lvl 100 Yang Guifei because legs, cutie and overall Hao Hao ❤

I still have more grails for future servants but I’m deciding on either to do lvl 120 for one or keep at 100.

Next servant will be Van Gogh 😉

All to 100 – Chloe, Illya, Melt, Summer Melt, Shuten, Abby, Summer Abby and Mahou Shoujo Shuten (only lvl 90).

grailing your Yagyu is SO incredibly based imo

On my side here are the reasons I grailed my favs!
Lvl 90 Bedivere – Camelot wasn’t a great chapter to me imo, but Bedivere’s story absolutely got to me

Lvl 90 Inshun – I really liked his playstyle and design! I don’t use him much anymore but I don’t regret grailing him

Lvl 90 Blackbeard – I know its common to hate on his fans, but I really liked the concept of his character! Subverting his scare tactics and updating it to the modern age, it absolutely made sense that he would be an otaku

Lvl 100 Ashwathhama – When I started playing FGO on NA, JP was going through LB4 and Ash was one of the first servants I saw as a result. I really loved his aesthetic and the character from the start, plus I’m Indian so it felt like I had to absolutely grail him, he absolutely shreds through any saber enemy these days

Lvl 100 Kama – Similar reasons to Ash! Ooku just made me love her even more! She’s even NP2 now!

Lvl 100 Kiara – She was my very first SSR and helped me a lot in early game, so I grailed her to thank her for showing up

Lvl 100 Hokusai (both ver) – I really connected with Hokusai as an aspiring artist, and her SSR version came to me thrice in less than two total multis, so I absolutely fell in love with her for that! Not to mention her animations are genuinely gorgeous

Lvl 100 Helena – I didn’t know of her character and her involvement with Holmes until late into the game, but now I really really love her. I hope to get and grail her Archer form as well

Lvl 102 Holmes (will go to 120) – the main reason why I got into Fate in the first place. Something about his design was so striking to me and the more I got into the story I realised how interesting his character was. Still have so much love for the character and I’m so glad I finally got him after two years of failure

Lv 80 ushiwakamaru i started watching Fate with fate grand order und in the anime she was my fav chara, when i got ihr in game i was so happy so i tool her into my party till now (Camelot)

Lv 92 jealter she was my first SSR in the game and i learned to love her in game so i grailed her and my plan is to go to lv 100

Lv 120 Eresh: Best girl and waifu (also to the ishtar simps, cope in the fact your rin face has 3 variants and is still less popular probably XD).
Lv 100 Miyu (eventual 120): the cutest little sister I could ask for especially after watching oath under snow.
Lv 100 Gray: tend to like shy girls and combine that with being a badass and A really interesting origin story you got a recipe for amazingness (now to find time to read the manga and such 🙁 .)
lv 100 Beni: the cutest birb in all of FGO.
lv 100 Mandricardo: Loved his design and NP from the start, then he become the bro’est of bro’s in atlantis and it was off to lv 100.
lv 100 Melt: never played CCC but hope I can get around one day cause seraph really made me love her.
lv 90 Tomoe: who doesn’t like our goofy gamer Oni.

There are many which I’ll mention briefily like lvl90 Santa Gale, lvl80 Salieri and Bedi, lvl 70 Arash, all with mixed reasons of story role, design and utility, I’m gonna explain just two tho, Kama and Voyager
Kama lvl 100, she is literally the reason I started playing, two years prior her release on NA I discovered her existence and absolutely loved everything about her, especially with me being an absolute Sakura simp (Summer Melt and Parvati lvl 100 too), so I made a vow that two years after that, when she would have come to NA I would’ve downloaded the game, and I did, so here I am 580 days later still playing
Voyager lvl 106, I just love him in every way, all 3 of his designs and his final art, his role in Requiem, his VA, his animations, what he represents, he is the hope of humanity brought to outer space and he is also very very cute. At the moment he is NP 3 1900k fous 2nd append unlocked, I’ll search for the final two copies in the white day celebration and I plan to make mine the best Voyager there could possibly be, (If anyone is interested I made several videos about him in my channel)

Level 100 Mordred-The first ever 5 star servant I got but she came when I was quitting FGO and just summoning to get rid of my fates. Maybe a year or 2 later I decided to try FGO again and still had my transfer code. Loaded my account and by sheer luck or fate I joined back during the Fate Apocrypha event so Mordred gave me the advantage to actually clear my first FGO event. Learned about Mordred’s lore later on in Camelot which I never paid attention to before but realizing shes basically had a hand with OG Saber’s downfall made her a favorite of mine.

Level 100 Musashi- learned of Musashi(Male) from another game called Warriors Orochi on the psp where you had a large number of icons from china and japan. I simply wanted a character that dual wielded swords and Musashi was the one, one of his final weapons was a combination of a sword and a wooden sword so out of curiousness I searched him up and learned of his lore against Kojiro who was also in the game. I then stumbled upon a video describing his books and now live by a verse he mentions “Respect the gods but dont rely on them”. To my surprise FGO had a version of Musashi as well and also pays respect to his sword style where one is over the shoulder to hide the length of the sword.

Level 100 Jeanne Alter Berserker- first she was simply serving as a replacement since I dont have my own Jeanne Alter (still dont up to this day) But her chuni side has grown on me. I read Jeanne D’ arcs info and noticed that it resembled a movie I watched as a kid yet didnt know the title and also played a psp game under the same name. The life and sacrifice of Jeanne D’ Arc was sad and to be burnt at the stake by the end of it. I sadly didnt resonate with Jeanne D’ Arc as I am no saint, rather I resonated with Jeanne Alter who held rage and a grudge for what happened to her. Yes the Alter version felt more human than the Jeanne we have in FGO that simply accepts and forgives. Will grail Jeanne alter (IF I GET HER!!!)

Maou Nobunaga-one of my favourite historical figures turned into a tall redhead which is so badass to me, she has such a goofy side to her too I just love her to bits man.

Archer Gilgamesh-my very first ssr because i started around the Gssr like 2-3 years ago Gil has single handily carried me through multiple story chapters and events .

On NA:
Lvl 100 Fujino: I loved KnK 3 and when she got her surprise rate up on NA in August I just had to roll for her
Lvl 100 Ecchan: I have rolled for Ecchan 3 times across the course of NA, but I wasn’t a super consistent player until the SSR ticket this year. The last Ecchan banner in April of 2021 was my biggest rolling disaster, with both Ozy and Arjuna spooking me. Finally this year with the back to school banner, I was ready. I’d been saving for X on SWII rerun and Ecchan on grail live, but when Ecchan came early, I had to roll for her, and since it was post lotto, I had all the mats ready for her, and she’s now level 100 10/10/10 with her extra attack append maxed too, hopefully I’ll be rolling for her up to 120 with grail live

I grailed tamamo to 102 but I don’t think there’s any cool story behind that but i grail caster skadi because i just love her personality of a queen that are being too nice to everyone in her lostbelt even if it’s an ousider. I’m not into milf but she’s different tho that I pity her. Her kindness in the lb is just the main reason i love her

Grailed 120 caster Nitocris(100 Summer version too) here . I started FGO because I kept seeing fanart of her and thought she was way too cute. My friend convinced me to play by just mentioning Nitocris was coming to NA years ago and now here I am 🙂.

Other than her I grailed Mama Raikou to 100 because I love her (pls buff again Lasagna) but her summer version is only 90. Arash has 1 grail because he’s a chad, Space Ishtar is 100 out of love for the character, Summer Melt is only 90 because she’s my favorite Sakura face and finally Okita Alter is 100 and NP4 because I really love her and find her precious.

As of right now I only plan to grail Vritra,Morgan, Summer Okitan and Zenobia in the future but I’ll see if that changes lol.

NA-only player here. I’m a returning player from a few years ago, and I came back for Castoria, so I don’t have too many grailed servants, but…

118 OG Artoria: Once I get bond 12 (I’m about 100k~ish off IIRC), I’ll have enough coins for 120. The visual novel was how I started Fate back in like… 2014 or 2015, and I fell in love with her character and ESPECIALLY her relationship with Shirou. I don’t tear up very often or that much for stories (even if I do get emotional), but every time I watch a let’s-player get to “I love you, Shirou,” and she disappears, I still cry a little. And of course, Last Episode gets me feeling so, so happy inside.

Even though I’m an avid fanfic reader, casual writer, and degenerate crack-shipper, OG Saber is the one I can’t really bring myself to ship with anyone else (except Rin), even as a joke, just because of how powerfully that route hit me. Currently NP5.

I grailed her to 100 before my hiatus, and 118’ed her after I came back.

100 Jalter: Honestly? While I do like her a lot, she was my second grailed servant because she one-turned Goetia, Tiamat, several Demon Pillars, and several event bosses before break bars. I think after Babylonia or Temple of Time, I decided, “Holy fuck, she carried the FUCK out of me,” and decided she deserved it. Then she really grew on me more after Shinjuku, though that’s a more recent development since I think I took my several-year hiatus after I finished Temple of Time.

As a side-note, while I like her tsundere side and stuff, I really think many sprite comics and short comics really overexaggerate/flanderize to absurdity, but it’s OKish I suppose. I find the fact that she’s summon-able because of her connection with Ritsuka/Ritsuko pretty compelling, too, though that’s how it is for a lot of servants. Currently NP4, and she is a high-priority target for 120 – partially because I really like her, but also because a potential 20,000 attack at battle start sounds absolutely _hilarious_ and I need to see it in action.

I grailed her to 100 before my hiatus.

90 OG EMIYA: I like Archer quite a lot from his visual novel appearance, but his appearance in other media and seeing him constantly bully Shirou is pretty funny. I don’t think I would’ve grailed him even then, but I realized I was probably going to use him quite a bit anyway, so I figured why not. Paid off pretty well considering Koyanskaya is going to exist on NA soon, and Castoria exists right now.

He was actually going to be level 100, but at the time I also had Jalter and Artoria to worry about, so I just pushed him to 90 with the intent for 100, but it’s been forever and he’s still 90 lol. Honestly, once I get Artoria to 120, he’s a high prio for 100. Currently NP5. Grailed before hiatus.

90 Hans Christian Anderson: I’m a little ashamed that this decision was driven almost purely by gameplay reasons. Don’t get me wrong, I like him, a lot, but… uh, he’s kind of my only leveled healer at the moment. I DO have Medea Lily, Asclepius, and Nightingale Santa now, but before I… yeah, okay, I just didn’t want to level Medea Lily all that much (I like her! It’s just… I had a lot of resource splitting to do at the time, and I didn’t summon her until close to my hiatus), and I didn’t get Asclepius and Nightingale Santa until my comeback now.

Playing around Hans and Mash has honestly made me a better player than try to out-stat everything. However… ugh. I had to Grail him for the HP! The HP, I tell you! I understand he’ll continue to hit like a wet noodle for the reminder of my life, but there have been WAY too many fights were Hans barely survives with that extra HP the grailing to 90 gave him, and then proceeds to heal up to a consistent 50%~ish, and of course healing the team in the process.

Yeah, I should probably level Asclepius at some point, and get Nightingale’s skills up to par, but… ugh, material farming is hell. Anyway, I grailed him to 90 after I came back. As an aside, apparently if i had him leveled properly, my time in Shimousa would’ve been a LOT less hellish, and I believe it. I don’t intend to go further than 90, but I just might if I can’t pull Merlin during… whenever he’s next available. Currently NP5.

HIGH-PRIORITY GRAIL TARGETS (That I haven’t yet)

1. Scathach: To 100. Honestly, I just think she’s really cool, but… ugh, this is a little embarrassing, but I adored her in _The Saga of Shirou’s Summons,_ and I’m a sucker for those kinds of _eternal love reuniting after a long time_ type stories (hey, part of why I adore OG Saber). Currently NP4.

2. Consort Yu / Yu Mei-ren / Paisen / Gucchan(?): To 100, and eventually 120. Like I said, I am a SUCKER for the tragic eternal love trope. I’m not quite as attached to Xiang Yu, but the idea of her wandering earth for thousands of years and continuing on is a tragic sweet soft spot of mine. While I sadly have too many priority summons to use my free quartz to summon her lover, I hope to one day reunite her with him.

This would usually only warrant a 100, but the other part is: I find her funny. She is so, so, so _fucking funny,_ and I have no idea why. I think it’s because I played Servant Summer Camp before LB3, but anytime she’s on screen, I just get this big smile on my face. Then she says some insulting shit (or dumb shit in SSC), and I just die laughing. Sadly, I don’t have the materials to Final Ascension her at the moment, much less Grail her. I plan to push her Lancer form to 100 at least, too, for the same reasons. I really would’ve preferred if she just joined the actual main story over being a servant, but I suppose can’t have everything.

3. Castoria: To 100. Alright, look, I think she’s my fastest bond 10 ever; she’s been overworked, farmed, and gonged, so same with Jalter: she deserves it. But apparently her story in LB6 is some next-level gigabrain 10/10 waifu-tier shit, so if I end up agreeing, then eventually I could take her to 120.

HIGH-PRIORITY GRAIL TARGETS (That I haven’t summoned)

1. Merlin: TO 120 HOLY SHIT HE LOOKS SO COOL AND HOT AND SEX AND PLEASE COME HOME – FLOWER MAGE PEAK AESTHETIC – also something something awesome in babylonia. But also? Apparently he helped Shirou reach Avalon in Last Episode, so I don’t care how much slander Fou throws at him, he’s going to level like 10 hundred billion trillion if he could. ALSO SPELLSWORDING OH MY GOD SO MUCH SEX FUCK JUST FUCK ME –

2. Musashi Miyamoto Saber: To 100, hopefully 120. I love her design, yeah, but also? I am SO. SO weak to dual wielding, oh my god. Musashi x FeMC is also my third favorite ship in the game, succeeded only by MC/FeMC x Mash (haha yes vanilla I know, blah blah), with number one being… MC x FeMC. I know, I know, but honestly, blame Rin and Len for getting me into selfcest when I was like ten years old. Also, I of course love her story, though I will also admit I HATED her forced support, especially into type disadvantage.

3. Spishtar: Well, honestly all the Rin faces, but especially Spishtar. Again, I am WEAK to dual wielding, but also she had gun+swords, then space mage aesthetic… ugh, so cool. But also, I have gained a much greater appreciation of Rin over the years as I repeatedly watch lets play after lets play of fate/stay night. 99% of the time she’s a total bro, even when shirou is dating her. And even when she’s being an enemy, she’s still sick as hell and so fucking cool. So I have a really strong weakness to the Rin-faces now.

Level 101 Summer Nobu.. I started my account during the guga guga event when she was out.. XD I was actually rerolling for avenger nobu at the time.. I didn’t get her.. but after getting np5 zerker nobu in a few rolls I decided to keep the account.. she’s been my main dps since then.. and after getting Nobukatsu.. she’s even better.. and her rocknroll vibe is just awesome.. she’s the servant I have used the most.. and I do plan to grail her to 120 eventually.. pfft..
