the developers DID mocap their team cats!! thats why the credits have a whole section for cats!!

So i looked it up and apparently, it took the devs 7 years to make this game. Production started in 2015 for this game. And what really surprised me is the fact that there were only 3 programmers.

I really really hope they make a sequel of some sort and we get to see all of the cats reunite! They saw their friend fall off a ledge at the beginning. Poor babies are probably worried about their companion.
