This was so good but I wish there was A little more like seeing the bots resetting outside and rebuilding in the out side and like more cats and seeing Momo again and revival of B-12 or a funeral. Ya even tho we didn’t get see more outside dang this was an very cool and interesting game! 👍🏻👏🏻👍🏻👏🏻 i’m gonna write my own version of what happened
According to the devs, they did in fact mocap the cats. They put the little mocap suits on them and just followed them around with cameras.
Still not better than Detroit: Become Human.
anyone else think that the flicker from the panel at the end is b12? 1:46:03
kat
Robot- “are you one of the punks listening to loud music all day?”
Sean- “I’m a cat bro”
i am unsatisfied
Sojiro could be reference to Persona 5’s Sojiro Sakura too, the owner of Leblanc. Which is a bar/restaurant.
watching this a little less than a month after my cat died (who looks very similar to the cat jacks playing as) kinda just hits somewhere you know? i love this game so much
This is such a well made game. When I first saw it, I kinda discredited it and made assumptions. After watching it though I see how wrong my first thoughts were, happy you enjoyed it
For some reason I have a difficult time getting into the medieval type game series, like God of War, Skyrim, Elden Ring…
I just find it kinda boring, it’s like idk how else to describe it. It’s kinda like how Sean said he could never get into the Star Trek fandom.
I really wish there were more games like this
its such a neat little touch in the end cutscene when the cat is looking back into the city, it does a long blink which is something cats do to show appreciation, trust, and love 🙂

I know it probably blinked because of the light, but I’d like to imagine it thanked the player with that slow, long blink. Thanked the player for helping it find it’s way outside and hopefully find it’s family once again.
I’ve been excited for this game for what I can only believe is years. I was honestly drinking in the environment and vibes. Watching Jack play this has been a wonderful time. I would love to get this game for myself.
during the game I noticed that everytime b-12 gets temporarily deactivated, like when you find that giant eye, he always says “I felt like I was back in the network for a moment there” and after he died and the game ended, you can see a TV turn on for a second. What if, he didn’t die there, but the drone did, and b-12 is just back in the network, and tried to tell you that when you left but it was too late already.
This is perfect territory for a DLC of some sorts. Te game is excellent but felt a but short. Imagine a DLC where you play as another cat, or maybe as the same one in the main game, and you find yourself back in the slums, except this time it’s daytime and the zurks are gone, and we might even get to see the robots start to live in the lalces where zurks used to be. That would be awesome for a DLC.
would the little light-flicker at the end of the game by any chance tie to the death of B-12? just seemed too In-focus to not be part of the story.
subjective opinion, please correct me if im wrong.
– The Outside is this mythical area that most people believe doesn’t exist.
– It must be really hard to get there then.
– Actually it’s super easy, barely an inconvenience.
– Oh, really?
– Yeah, you just take the subway.
Man, I was hoping the cats was gonna meet the cats gang once again. Cause they were meowing after ginger fell down. 🙁
This game *NEEDS* to have a sequel. The cat hasn’t even returned to its 3 other cat friends yet, and B-12 (or whoever they are in human form) should be revived or something. Gosh, the developers of this game are *incredible.* LIke, GOOD GOOD.
Edit: I commented early without watching the last 20mins, glad I still finished it before jumping back to a different app. Jack’s reflection of the game to what’s currently happening to the Earth is just humbling and would really make you reflect on your own too. Usually, other gaming content creators that I watch just give feedback regarding the technicalities and experience of the game and nothing else. Thank you for your insight, Jack.
