I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, these people never wait for the ethnicity depicted to be offended in the first place. To me that’s them saying “You’re too stupid to know what is offensive to you so I will graciously be offended on your behalf.” This is of course racist as well as they basically treat minorities like they’re children who must be protected and not adult humans with their own agency and ability to understand the world. These people seemingly want to be some big hero standing up for the little man but they never go for the actual problems cause they realise they can’t “win” those so and just try and get an “easy victory” via writing bullshit articles to boost their own ego.
